What lemlist does well
- Unlimited users and unlimited email senders on the Email plan, so a team pays $69 a month for the volume rather than per seat, with the lead database, finder and AI agents thrown in.
- The deliverability kit is complete: lemwarm warm-up, inbox rotation, sending limits management, custom tracking domain, DNS test, deliverability alerts and in-app domain and mailbox purchase.
- Multichannel is genuinely multichannel: LinkedIn visits, invites and messages, SMS, WhatsApp and a dialer alongside email, with conditional steps and AI reply detection.
- Developer and AI access on every plan through the API, a CLI and an MCP server, plus native CRM, Zapier, Make, n8n and Clay integrations.
- A 14-day trial without a card, billing in dollars, euros or pounds, and a named French company behind it.
Where it falls short
- Fees are paid in advance and the terms refuse any refund of a month or year already begun, even pro rata, so time your cancellation.
- Multichannel is per user at $109 a month, so a five-person team pays $545 a month on monthly billing before any data add-ons.
- Lead data is metered separately: 2,000 credits for $20 covers 400 emails or 100 phone numbers, which runs out fast on a real list.
- The sending policy allows lemlist to rate limit or suspend accounts that draw bounces or complaints, and every campaign must carry an unsubscribe link.
- The 650 million lead database and 20,000 sales teams are the company's own figures, and the Email plan's price climbs with volume on a selector the page does not spell out.

What lemlist is
lemlist is a multichannel sales engagement platform from Lempire SAS in Paris. It runs email sequences across your own Google, Microsoft or SMTP senders, adds LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and calling steps on its higher plan, and bundles a lead database the company puts at 650 million contacts with an email and phone finder, AI agents for research and messaging, and the warm-up and deliverability tools it sells under the lemwarm name. The site says more than 20,000 sales teams run outbound in it, which is its own figure. For cold email teams the interesting part is the Email plan: priced by volume, not by seat.
lemlist pricing
Three billing options, monthly, quarterly at 10% off and yearly at 20% off, in dollars, euros or pounds. The Email plan is priced by the monthly email volume you pick from a selector that runs from 50,000 to 1,000,000 emails; at 50,000 it costs $69 a month billed monthly or $55 a month billed yearly, with unlimited users and unlimited email senders, the lead database, the email and phone finder, lemAgent and the signal, enrichment and messaging agents, MCP and CLI access, warm-up and the deliverability hub, CRM integrations and the API. Multichannel is per user at $109 a month, or $87 billed yearly, and adds five senders per user, unlimited emails and messages, LinkedIn automation, SMS, a WhatsApp add-on and a built-in dialer. Enterprise is quoted and adds CRM embedding, custom roles, SSO and a dedicated manager. Data is sold on top: lead enrichment at $20 a month, or $16 yearly, for 2,000 credits that buy 400 emails or 100 phone numbers from more than 25 providers, and buying intent signals at $29 a month, or $21 yearly, for 100 signals. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card.
The terms are strict on money back. Subscriptions are paid monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically; you can cancel at any time, but lemlist does not refund unused fees for a period already begun, even pro rata. The sending policy is the other document to read: every campaign must carry a clear unsubscribe link, bounces, blocks, complaints and spam-trap hits are monitored, and the company can rate limit daily sending or suspend an account that breaches it.
Sequences, channels and integrations
Sequences support liquid syntax, custom text and images, conditional next steps, auto-stop on reply, manual tasks and a unified inbox, with AI reply and out-of-office detection and AI-generated replies. Multichannel adds LinkedIn profile visits, follows, invites, text and voice messages and InMail, SMS with a number, WhatsApp, in-app calling with a power dialer and call summaries. Lists come from the built-in database with AI filters, from LinkedIn exports and CSVs, or from the enrichment agents. Integrations cover HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive, Zapier, Make, n8n and Clay, Aircall and Ringover, Gmail and LinkedIn extensions, and for developers an API, a CLI and an MCP server on every plan.
Deliverability
This is where lemlist separates itself from a plain mail merge. Every plan includes lemwarm warm-up and the deliverability hub, inbox rotation across your senders, sending limits management, a smart sending algorithm, a custom tracking domain, a DNS setup test, deliverability testing and alerts, and the option to buy domains and mailboxes inside the app. The pricing page also lists rotating IPs. None of that replaces good lists and copy, and the sending policy makes clear that bounces and complaints will get you throttled or suspended, but the tooling to stay inside the lines is in the box.
Who lemlist is for, and who should look elsewhere
lemlist suits sales teams that want one tool for email, LinkedIn and calls with warm-up and deliverability built in, and agencies that value unlimited users and senders on the Email plan. It is a poor fit for solo senders who only need email and a handful of inboxes, or for anyone who wants refunds or pay-as-you-go lead data.
lemlist alternatives
Smartlead is the volume-led alternative with unlimited mailboxes from $39 a month, and Instantly includes unlimited inboxes and warmup from $47. Outreach is the enterprise sales engagement platform with quoted pricing. Mailmeteor is the budget option for small-scale sequences from Gmail. The sequencer comparison scores all of them. Salesforge is the other multichannel option, from $48 a month with unlimited mailboxes and warm-up.
Using lemlist with PureMail
PureMail inboxes are Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts on secondary domains, and lemlist connects both as senders, with no cap on sender count on the Email plan. Connect the PureMail inboxes, set a conservative daily limit per sender in lemlist’s sending limits, let lemwarm run for the first weeks, and rotate one sequence across the whole fleet. Keep the unsubscribe link in, and the sending policy and the inboxes will both stay healthy.

lemlist FAQ
How much does lemlist cost?
As of 6 October 2026, the Email plan costs $69 a month at 50,000 emails a month, or $55 a month billed yearly, with unlimited users and senders; the volume selector goes up to 1,000,000 emails a month at higher prices. Multichannel costs $109 per user a month, or $87 billed yearly. Enterprise is quoted. Lead data enrichment is $20 a month, or $16 yearly, for 2,000 credits, and buying intent signals $29 a month, or $21 yearly, for 100 signals. Quarterly billing takes 10% off and yearly 20%.
Does lemlist include warm-up and deliverability tools?
Yes, on every plan. The pricing page lists email warm-up through lemwarm and the deliverability hub, inbox rotation, rotating IPs, a smart sending algorithm, sending limits management, a custom tracking domain, a DNS setup test, deliverability testing and alerts, plus in-app purchase of domains and mailboxes if you would rather buy them there.
What is the difference between lemlist's Email and Multichannel plans?
Email is priced by volume with unlimited users and senders and covers email sequences, the lead database, the finder, AI agents and the API. Multichannel is priced per user at $109 a month and adds five senders per user, unlimited emails and messages, LinkedIn visits, invites, messages and voice notes, SMS, a WhatsApp add-on and a built-in dialer. Enterprise adds CRM embedding, custom roles, SSO and a dedicated manager.
Can I cancel lemlist, and is there a refund?
Plans are paid monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time, but the terms say lemlist will not refund unused fees for a month or year already begun, even on a prorated basis, so plan the cancellation for the end of a paid period. The 14-day trial needs no card.
Can I use lemlist with PureMail inboxes?
Yes. lemlist connects Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 senders, which is what PureMail supplies, and the Email plan allows unlimited senders. Connect the inboxes, set the sending limits per sender in lemlist, let lemwarm run before campaigns, and rotate across the inboxes from one sequence.
