QuickMail at a glance

Facts checked Oct 13, 2026 on quickmail.com

Price
From $49 per month for Starter (5,000 emails a month, 1,000 uploaded contacts); Growth $99 (100,000 emails); Agency $299 (500,000 emails, 2 workspaces); monthly billing only
Pricing model
Three flat monthly plans priced by sending volume rather than seats. Starter costs $49 a month for one workspace, 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails sent a month, with unlimited email senders, LinkedIn accounts and users, the free AutoWarmer through MailFlow, Zapier and expert support. Growth costs $99 for 25,000 uploaded contacts and 100,000 emails a month, adding the API and priority support. Agency costs $299 for two workspaces, with extra workspaces at $49 each, 100,000 uploaded contacts and 500,000 emails a month, adding webhooks. Every plan has a 14-day free trial that needs a card to deter spammers but, per the FAQ, does not convert into a paid subscription on its own. There is no contract, plans can be changed or cancelled from the billing settings, and changes are prorated to the second. No yearly pricing is shown.
Minimum order
One Starter plan at $49 a month
Free trial
14 days, full features, card required but not charged at the end
Billing
Monthly, charged 30 days in advance to the card on file and renewing until cancelled in the app; prorated upgrades and downgrades; the terms do not state a refund policy
Mailbox types
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SMTP
Setup time
Under an hour: connect inboxes by OAuth or SMTP, import contacts, build a campaign with email and LinkedIn steps
DNS setup
Not managed; QuickMail sends through your providers, so SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set at your DNS host
IP location
None of its own: emails leave through Google's or Microsoft's servers for the connected inbox, so their IPs and reputation apply
Warmup
Included free on every plan through MailFlow's AutoWarmer
Replacements
Not applicable
Domains
Not with the plans; a separate QuickMail Agent product sells Google Workspace inboxes at $5 a month per address with domain registration and DNS handled
Integrations
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes, LinkedIn accounts, Zapier, API (Growth and up), Webhooks (Agency), Inbox Rotation across senders

Best for: Teams and agencies that run many inboxes and senders and want a flat monthly price without per-seat or per-inbox fees.

Not for: Solo senders on a tight volume, for whom Starter's 5,000-email cap is low for the price, or anyone who wants a yearly discount.

QuickMail's three plans, captured 13 October 2026. Every plan allows unlimited senders, LinkedIn accounts and users.

What QuickMail does well

  • No per-seat or per-inbox fees: every plan allows unlimited email senders, LinkedIn accounts and users, so the price depends only on volume.
  • Warmup is free on every plan through the AutoWarmer, and Inbox Rotation spreads a campaign across all connected senders.
  • Sends through Google's and Microsoft's own servers for each connected inbox, so the mail looks like mail you sent yourself rather than relay traffic.
  • No contract, prorated plan changes to the second, and a trial that the FAQ promises will not convert to a paid plan by itself.
  • A platform that has been around since 2014, with a clear line in its FAQ that it is built for cold outreach to people who have not opted in.

Where it falls short

  • Starter's 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts a month run out fast once you rotate more than a few inboxes; most teams end up on Growth at $99.
  • No yearly discount: billing is monthly only, charged 30 days in advance.
  • The card is required to start the trial, and the terms of service do not state a refund policy.
  • Agency starts at $299 a month for two workspaces, with $49 for each extra one.
  • Agencies pay $49 for every workspace beyond the two in the Agency plan.

What QuickMail is

QuickMail is a cold email sequencer that has been selling since 2014 and prices by volume rather than by seat: every plan allows unlimited email senders, LinkedIn accounts and users, and the tiers differ by how many contacts you upload and how many emails you send a month. Campaigns mix email and LinkedIn steps, Inbox Rotation spreads sends across every connected inbox, and a free AutoWarmer keeps the inboxes warm. Its FAQ is unusually direct that it is built for outreach to people who have not opted in.

QuickMail pricing explained

Three monthly plans. Starter costs $49 a month for one workspace, 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails sent a month, with unlimited email senders, LinkedIn accounts and users, the AutoWarmer through MailFlow, Zapier and expert support. Growth costs $99 for 25,000 uploaded contacts and 100,000 emails a month and adds the API and priority support. Agency costs $299 for two workspaces, with extra workspaces at $49 each, 100,000 uploaded contacts and 500,000 emails a month, and adds webhooks. Every plan has a 14-day trial with full features; a card is required, which QuickMail says deters spammers, but the FAQ promises the trial ends without creating a subscription. There is no contract, plans can be changed or cancelled from the billing settings with changes prorated to the second, and no yearly pricing is shown. The terms say fees are charged every 30 days in advance to the card on file and are silent on refunds.

Sending, rotation and warmup

QuickMail has no sending servers of its own. It tells the connected inbox’s provider to send, so a Google Workspace inbox sends from Google’s IPs and a Microsoft 365 inbox from Microsoft’s, and the message is indistinguishable from one you sent by hand. Inbox Rotation distributes a campaign’s volume across every connected sender, and the AutoWarmer runs warmup conversations through MailFlow at no charge. LinkedIn steps sit alongside email in the same sequence, and the API and webhooks on the higher plans connect it to the rest of the stack.

What that means for cold email

The pricing model fits how cold email is actually run: many inboxes on many domains, each sending a little. Because inboxes and users are free, the only number to watch is monthly volume. Ten inboxes at 30 emails a day is roughly 6,000 emails a month, already past Starter’s cap, so a real campaign starts on Growth at $99; fifty inboxes at the same pace is about 30,000, comfortably inside Growth’s 100,000. Agencies pay $299 for two client workspaces and $49 for each one after.

Who QuickMail is for, and who should look elsewhere

QuickMail suits teams and agencies that run many inboxes and senders and want a flat monthly price without per-seat or per-inbox fees. It is a poor fit for solo senders on a tight volume. Smartlead, Instantly, Salesforge and lemlist are the other sequencers reviewed here, and the sequencers category compares their prices and limits. Saleshandy bundles a 852 million-contact lead finder and unlimited warmup with its sequences from $34 a month billed yearly, and Mailshake prices per user from $25 with warmup and verification included. SmartReach is the prospect-priced rival with agency dashboards and an in-app mailbox shop. Klenty starts at $50 a month, with calling, SMS and CRM automation on per-user plans from $70. SalesBlink bundles unlimited accounts, warm-up and an MCP server from $29 a month, and Woodpecker prices by contacted prospects from $35 with verification and warm-up free. Super Send prices by volume too, from $59 a month for 15,000 emails with a LinkedIn sender and warm-up included.

Using QuickMail with PureMail

Connect PureMail’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes as senders, which costs nothing extra on any QuickMail plan, let Inbox Rotation spread the campaign across them and the AutoWarmer keep them warm. Hold each inbox to a modest daily volume, pick the plan by total monthly sends, and keep the primary domain out of the rotation.

QuickMail FAQ

How much does QuickMail cost?

As of 13 October 2026, Starter costs $49 a month for 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails a month, Growth $99 for 25,000 contacts and 100,000 emails with API access, and Agency $299 for two workspaces, 100,000 contacts and 500,000 emails with webhooks, plus $49 for each extra workspace. All plans include unlimited senders, LinkedIn accounts and users, warmup and a 14-day trial.

Does QuickMail charge per inbox or per user?

No. Every plan allows unlimited email senders, unlimited LinkedIn accounts and unlimited users at no extra cost; the FAQ says team members each get their own login and an audit log tracks what they do. The price is set by uploaded contacts and emails sent a month, so adding inboxes to rotate across costs nothing beyond the inboxes themselves.

Does the QuickMail free trial charge my card?

QuickMail asks for a card to start the 14-day trial, which it says is to stop spammers creating many accounts. The FAQ states that the trial ends without creating a subscription and the card is not charged, so you choose a plan yourself if you want to continue. Paid plans then bill monthly, 30 days in advance, until you cancel in the billing settings.

What servers and IPs does QuickMail send from?

Your own provider's. QuickMail does not send through proprietary servers; it instructs the connected inbox's provider to send, so a Gmail inbox sends from Google's IPs and an Outlook inbox from Microsoft's. That keeps the mail indistinguishable from messages you send yourself, and it means the reputation that matters is your domains' and inboxes', not QuickMail's.

How does QuickMail work with PureMail?

Connect PureMail's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes as senders, which costs nothing extra on any QuickMail plan, let Inbox Rotation spread the campaign across them and the AutoWarmer keep them warm. Size the plan by volume: ten inboxes at 30 emails a day is about 6,000 a month, which already needs Growth rather than Starter.
