What ReachInbox does well
- Unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup from the $30 Starter tier, with a fair-use policy rather than a hard cap.
- A free plan that actually sends, 250 emails a month from three accounts, so the product can be tested without a card.
- Growth at $75 a month includes AI enrichment, AI replies, hyper-personalisation, webhooks and API access, plus 20 workspaces for agencies.
- A 7-day money-back guarantee on annual plans, written into the terms.
- An active product: version 2.0, an n8n integration and inbox placement tests shipped in the past year per the vendor's channel.
Where it falls short
- Monthly prices did not render for us; the page shows yearly rates with a 25% discount badge, so the monthly cost is a guess until checkout.
- Refunds on annual plans are limited to 7 days and lose a 5% processing fee; terminations for fair-use breaches forfeit them.
- Active-lead caps bite before email caps: Starter's 2,000 active leads suits a small list even though 10,000 emails are allowed.
- Monthly plans are non-refundable and AI credits do not roll over, per the pricing FAQ.
- Enterprise at $999 a month jumps a long way from Pro at $225.

What ReachInbox is
ReachInbox is a cold email sequencer, operated by ReachInbox AI under Rapidify Labs Inc. per its terms, that competes with Instantly and Smartlead on their own ground, unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup on every paid plan, and adds a free plan that actually sends, AI replies and enrichment on the middle tier, and workspaces for agencies. It has shipped a 2.0 release, an n8n integration and inbox placement tests over the past year, per its own channel. For cold email it is a volume-priced sequencer with a low entry point.
ReachInbox pricing explained
Plans are priced by emails sent and active leads a month. Free costs nothing for 3 email accounts, 14 days of warmup, 50 active leads, 250 emails a month, 500 AI word credits and one workspace. Starter costs $30 a month billed yearly for unlimited email accounts under a fair-use policy, unlimited warmup, 2,000 active leads, 10,000 emails and 5,000 AI word credits a month, one workspace and general support. Growth costs $75 a month billed yearly for 50,000 active leads, 250,000 emails and 25,000 AI word credits, 20 workspaces, hyper-personalisation, AI enrichment, AI replies, webhooks, API access and priority support. Pro costs $225 a month billed yearly for 200,000 active leads, a million emails and 150,000 AI word credits, with 50 workspaces. Enterprise starts at $999 a month with 500,000 active leads, a million emails, white-labelling, unlimited mailboxes and a personal account manager. The toggle advertises yearly billing as 25% off, but monthly prices did not render when we checked, so confirm them at checkout. Separate tabs price a lead finder, website visitor identification and inbox placement tests.
Done-for-you domains and mailboxes, pre-configured with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, are sold inside the app from $4 a mailbox a month, domains billed yearly and both non-refundable. The terms set automatic renewal for the same period unless cancelled, a 7-day money-back guarantee on annual plans less a 5% processing fee, no refunds on monthly plans, and forfeiture of refunds for accounts terminated under the fair-use policy or terms.
Accounts, warmup and the AI layer
Every paid plan connects unlimited Google, Microsoft or SMTP inboxes and warms them without limit, which is the feature that matters most for a cold email fleet. Sequences rotate across the connected accounts, and from Growth the AI layer writes hyper-personalised lines, enriches leads and drafts replies, with webhooks and an API to connect the rest of the stack. Workspaces separate clients for agencies, 20 on Growth and 50 on Pro.
What that means for cold email
Start on Free to test the workflow, then size the plan by two numbers: emails a month and active leads. Ten inboxes at 30 a day is 9,000 emails a month, inside Starter’s 10,000, but Starter’s 2,000 active leads caps the list, so a real campaign usually lands on Growth. The 7-day refund window on annual plans is short; use the free plan as the trial.
Who ReachInbox is for, and who should look elsewhere
ReachInbox suits agencies and teams running many inboxes that want unlimited accounts, warmup and workspaces at a flat yearly price. It is a poor fit for anyone who needs month-to-month pricing confirmed up front. Instantly and Smartlead are the established rivals with the same model, QuickMail prices by volume with monthly billing, and Saleshandy bundles a lead finder. The sequencers category compares them. PlusVibe is the other low-price challenger, from $37 a month with warmup and credits included. Emailchaser prices its tiers to Instantly’s, $47, $97 and $358, with lead credits and monthly billing.
Using ReachInbox with PureMail
Connect PureMail’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes as senders at no extra cost, let ReachInbox’s unlimited warmup warm them while sequences rotate across them, size the plan by monthly volume and active leads, and keep the primary domain out of the rotation.

ReachInbox FAQ
How much does ReachInbox cost?
As of 13 October 2026, the free plan sends 250 emails a month from three accounts. Starter costs $30 a month billed yearly for 10,000 emails and 2,000 active leads, Growth $75 for 250,000 emails and 50,000 leads, Pro $225 for a million emails and 200,000 leads, and Enterprise from $999. The toggle advertises yearly as 25% off; monthly prices did not render for us.
Does ReachInbox limit email accounts?
Not on paid plans. Starter, Growth and Pro list unlimited email accounts with an asterisk pointing to a fair-use policy, and unlimited AI warmup across them. The free plan allows three accounts with 14 days of warmup. The practical limits are the monthly email volume and the number of active leads, which rise from 2,000 on Starter to 200,000 on Pro.
Does ReachInbox have a free trial or refunds?
Both, in a way. The free plan is permanent and sends 250 emails a month, and annual plans carry a 7-day money-back guarantee while monthly plans are not refunded; the terms add a 5% processing fee on refunds and say accounts terminated for fair-use or terms violations forfeit them. Subscriptions otherwise renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel.
What do the higher ReachInbox plans add?
Growth adds hyper-personalisation, AI enrichment, AI replies, webhooks, API access, priority support and 20 workspaces, which is the tier agencies will want. Pro raises the limits to 200,000 active leads and a million emails with 50 workspaces. Enterprise adds white-labelling, unlimited mailboxes and a personal account manager, starting at $999 a month.
How does ReachInbox work with PureMail?
Connect PureMail's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes as senders, which costs nothing extra because accounts are unlimited, and let ReachInbox's warmup keep them warm while it rotates sends across them. Size the plan by monthly volume and active leads rather than inboxes, and keep the primary domain out of the rotation.
