Is there a setup fee?
No. DNS configuration, inbox creation and tool integration are included in the per-inbox price.
Can I change my inbox count later?
Yes. You can add inboxes at any time from your dashboard; pricing follows the tier your total falls into.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of your first payment and renew automatically. Cancel from your dashboard before the renewal date to stop the next charge.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final once accounts have been provisioned, because Google and Microsoft licences cannot be returned. See our terms of service for details.
Google Workspace or Outlook — which should I choose?
Both work well for cold email. Many teams split volume across the two to diversify. If you are unsure, book a free call and we will recommend a mix for your volume.
