Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PureMail.ai. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services provided

PureMail.ai provides Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook email accounts for business use.

We do not provide dashboards, cold email tools, or additional software access.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Services are billed on a monthly or yearly subscription basis.

  • Your billing date is the date you make your first payment and start your subscription.
  • If you do not cancel before your billing date, you will be automatically charged for the next billing cycle.
  • All sales are final. We do not provide any refunds under any circumstances, including if you do not use the accounts after purchase.

3. Cancellations

You must cancel your subscription before your billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Cancellations can be made via your PureMail dashboard.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails.
  • Phishing or fraud.
  • Distributing illegal, adult, or harmful content.
  • Any activity violating US law or the terms of Google/Microsoft services.

Violation may result in immediate service termination without refund.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Non-payment.
  • Breach of these Terms.
  • Illegal activity.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or legal issues resulting from your use of the accounts, including suspension by Google or Microsoft for violating their terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
