At PureMail.ai ("we," "our," "us"), we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide when using our services.

When you use our services, we may collect:

  • Account information: name, email address, payment details (processed by Stripe).
  • Order information: purchase history, subscription details.
  • Support information: messages and attachments you send to our support team.
  • Usage information: on our public website (puremail.ai) we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which browser and device type they use. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use it inside the customer dashboard.

We do not collect any personal data beyond what is listed above.

2. How we use your information

We use your information solely for order fulfilment and providing our services:

  • Creating and delivering Google Workspace or Outlook accounts.
  • Managing subscriptions and billing.
  • Responding to customer support requests.

Website usage information is used only in aggregate to improve our content and site. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build individual profiles.

3. Sharing your information

We share data only with trusted third parties necessary to deliver our services:

  • Stripe – payment processing.
  • Google Workspace & Microsoft Outlook – email account provisioning.
  • Google Analytics – aggregated website usage statistics for puremail.ai (see Google's privacy policy).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

4. Cookies

Our public website sets a small number of cookies: a 30-day ref_code cookie when you arrive through an affiliate link, so the referring partner is credited if you sign up, and Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that distinguish visitors in aggregate statistics. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on; the site works without them. The customer dashboard uses only the cookies needed to keep you logged in.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for 15 days after your service ends, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems, unless required by law.

6. Data security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You may request to:

  • Access the information we store about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your data before the 15-day retention period.
