What Saleshandy does well

  • Unlimited connected accounts and unlimited warmup on every plan, with sender rotation across 10, 100 or 1,000 accounts by tier.
  • A lead finder built in, with 1,500 to 8,000 monthly credits that charge one per verified email and nothing for misses, from a database the company puts at 852 million contacts.
  • A mailbox add-on at $2.99 to $3.99 a mailbox a month with DNS configured, cheaper than most infrastructure vendors.
  • A 7-day trial without a card, a published refund window of 10 days, and a machine-readable pricing file for AI tools.
  • MCP and CLI access, an API with 50,000 calls a day, and a unified inbox with full access on every tier.

Where it falls short

  • Starter's 6,000 emails a month and single user run out quickly; real campaigns start on Pro at $76 a month billed yearly.
  • Refunds are limited to 10 days from the first purchase and pro-rated for anything used; lead finder, verification and mailbox purchases are not refundable at all.
  • Mailbox domains are not renewed automatically; you must contact support to renew after a year or lose the domain.
  • The flexible mailbox term, the only one with replacements, needs a 25-mailbox minimum.
  • The accuracy comparisons on the pricing page are customer testimonials rather than measured tests.

What Saleshandy is

Saleshandy is a cold email platform from Ikigai Infotech LLP that bundles a sequencer, unlimited warmup, a B2B lead finder and an optional mailbox infrastructure into flat monthly plans. It allows unlimited connected email accounts from the first tier, rotates senders, verifies emails and now offers MCP and CLI access for agents. It says 25,000-plus businesses use it, a figure of its own. For cold email it is a serious all-in-one that also happens to sell mailboxes, which makes it a direct comparison for PureMail.

Saleshandy pricing explained

Three plans, in US dollars with other currencies shown, billed monthly or yearly. Starter costs $34 a month billed yearly ($408) or $41 monthly for 6,000 emails a month, 2,000 active prospects, sender rotation across 10 accounts, 1,500 lead finder credits a month, one user, 500 one-time verification credits and 100 AI credits. Pro costs $76 yearly ($912) or $99 monthly for 100,000 emails, 30,000 active prospects, rotation across 100 accounts, 4,000 credits, 10 users, subsequences, 1,000 verification and 500 AI credits. Scale costs $149 yearly ($1,788) or $189 monthly for 200,000 emails, with 300,000 and 600,000 on request, unlimited prospects, rotation across 1,000 accounts, 8,000 credits, unlimited users, personalised onboarding, 5,000 verification and 1,000 AI credits. Enterprise adds SSO, white-label and custom volume. Lead finder credits charge one per verified work email and six per phone number, nothing for misses. The Email Infrastructure add-on sells Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Azure mailboxes with DNS configured at $2.99 a mailbox a month on an annual fixed term, $3.49 on an annual flexible term with free replacement and a 25-mailbox minimum, or $3.99 quarterly, with domains at $14 a year and up to five mailboxes each. The 7-day trial needs no card.

The terms set a 10-day refund window from the initial purchase, pro-rated for credits or limits used, and make lead finder, inbox placement and verification purchases non-refundable; mailbox infrastructure is non-refundable once a cycle starts, and its domains are not renewed automatically, so you must ask support to renew after a year.

Sequences, data and the mailbox add-on

Sequences run across unlimited connected accounts with rotation, A-Z multivariant testing, AI variants, spintax and a unified inbox, with unlimited warmup, dynamic IP addresses and advanced warmup settings behind them. The lead finder builds lists with 40 to 70-plus filters, enriches through a waterfall and pushes straight into sequences. The mailbox add-on removes the setup work: domains and mailboxes arrive with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and other records set, five mailboxes to a domain, so the main company domain never sends cold mail.

What that means for cold email

The shape is right for cold email: unlimited senders from Starter, rotation that scales with the tier, warmup included and a verifier in the box. The numbers decide the tier. Ten inboxes at 30 emails a day is about 6,000 a month, which is Starter’s whole allowance, so most teams start on Pro. The mailbox add-on is cheap, but the fixed term has no replacements, the flexible term needs 25 mailboxes, and the domain renewal is manual.

Who Saleshandy is for, and who should look elsewhere

Saleshandy suits teams that want sequences, warmup, a lead finder and mailboxes from one vendor at a flat price, with unlimited senders from the first tier. It is a poor fit for solo senders who need more than 6,000 emails a month on the cheapest plan. Smartlead and Instantly are the rotation-first sequencers, QuickMail prices by volume with unlimited senders, and Mailshake prices per user with a dialer. The sequencers category compares them. PlusVibe undercuts it from $37 a month, and SmartReach is the other sequencer with an in-app mailbox shop. Klenty is the engagement platform that adds calling and CRM automation on per-user plans from $70. Snov.io is the suite with a finder, verifier and warm-up alongside its sequencer, from $39 a month with unlimited seats. Overloop is the per-user AI outreach platform with a built-in database, from $69 a month. SalesBlink starts at $29 with unlimited accounts and warm-up, and Emailchaser matches Instantly’s prices with lead credits and $6 Google mailboxes.

Saleshandy’s mailboxes against PureMail inboxes

Saleshandy’s Email Infrastructure costs $2.99 a mailbox a month on an annual fixed term with no replacements, $3.49 on an annual flexible term with a 25-mailbox minimum, or $3.99 quarterly, plus $14 a year per domain that you must renew by hand. PureMail’s Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes cost $3.30 each for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, on domains you own, with DNS configured and ready to connect to any sequencer, Saleshandy included. The comparison below sets them side by side: PureMail wins on owning the domains, done-for-you DNS and the price at 101 inboxes or more, and Saleshandy wins on the $2.99 annual fixed price, a one-mailbox minimum on its fixed and quarterly terms, and buying inside its own platform.

How do Saleshandy lead finder credits work?

Each plan includes monthly credits, 1,500 on Starter, 4,000 on Pro and 8,000 on Scale, spent only on results: one credit per verified work email, six per phone number (seven when email and phone are revealed together), and nothing when nothing is found. Searches are unlimited across a database the company puts at 852 million contacts and 42 million companies, with 40 to 70-plus filters. Lead finder purchases are non-refundable.

What is Saleshandy's Email Infrastructure add-on?

Ready-to-send Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Azure mailboxes on domains Saleshandy supplies at $14 a year, up to five mailboxes per domain, with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and other records configured. Can I get a refund from Saleshandy?

Within 10 days of the initial purchase, pro-rated for any credits or limits used; after that fees are non-refundable. Lead finder, inbox placement and email verification purchases are never refundable, dialer credits expire each cycle, and mailbox infrastructure is non-refundable once a cycle starts, with renewal refunds only if a domain is deleted more than 24 hours before expiry.

How does Saleshandy compare with PureMail on mailboxes?
