What Emailchaser does well
- Instantly's price points with lead credits, warm-up and unlimited seats and workspaces included, and 50% off for life if you switch from Instantly.
- Unlimited Google and Microsoft accounts on every plan with inbox rotation built in; IMAP mailboxes are capped at 10 to 360 by tier.
- Mailboxes bought in-app are cheap and quick: $6 a month plus a $3 setup fee, US IP Google accounts, DNS done, live within a day.
- An honest warm-up page that separates the Gmail-style ramp from the simulated-engagement pool and publishes the daily numbers.
- API, MCP and webhooks on every plan, plus a $497 a month done-for-you option with 50 warmed inboxes.
Where it falls short
- Starter's 5,000 emails and 1,000 contacts a month are small; a modest fleet needs Pro at $97.
- No refunds for cancellation for any reason, and the trial carries a card authorization up to a month's price.
- Mailboxes bought in-app cost $6 each a month plus setup and domains, more than PureMail at every tier.
- The vendor's YouTube channel is mostly generic cold email tips; the product walkthrough dates from November 2025.
- The warm-up pool only works for Google and Microsoft mailboxes, so SMTP senders get the ramp alone.

What Emailchaser is
Emailchaser is a cold email sequencer from Emailchaser LLC in Puerto Rico built openly as an Instantly alternative: the same unlimited-accounts model and the same price points, with lead credits, warm-up, an email verifier, unlimited seats and client workspaces included, and a one-click import from Instantly. It also sells US-IP Google mailboxes and domains inside the app and a done-for-you service that builds the whole sending setup. For cold email it is both the sending layer and, if you want, the inbox supplier.
Emailchaser pricing explained
Starter costs $47 a month for 5,000 emails, 1,000 active contacts and 1,500 lead credits; Pro $97 for 125,000 emails, 25,000 contacts and 5,000 credits; Max $358 for 500,000 emails, 100,000 contacts, 10,000 credits and private Slack support; Enterprise $897 for 1,500,000 emails, 500,000 contacts and 30,000 credits. Annual billing gives two months free: $39.17, $80.83, $298.33 and $747.50 a month. Every plan has unlimited Google and Microsoft accounts, seats and workspaces, warm-up, rotation, the lead finder, a verifier billed at $0.0017 a check, AI writing, A/B tests, the unibox with AI replies, API, MCP and webhooks. Switchers from Instantly get 50% off for life. Mailboxes bought in-app cost $6 a month plus $3 setup each with domains from $16.59 a year, or $6 plus $16.79 a domain for pre-warmed accounts, and the Done For You package costs $497 a month with 50 warmed inboxes on 10 domains. The trial is 7 days with a card authorization; the terms give no refunds.
Warm-up, rotation and the mailbox shop
The warm-up page is unusually candid: a Gmail-style ramp from 5 to 50 a day is one feature, and a simulated-engagement pool from 2 to 40 a day is another, opt-in, and Google and Microsoft only. Rotation spreads each campaign across every connected mailbox. The mailbox shop is ordered by the autopilot agent, which suggests domains near yours, creates two mailboxes per domain by default, shows the exact price before anything is bought, and connects the accounts automatically, usually within a day.
What that means for cold email
For an Instantly user the maths is simple: same limits, lead credits included, half price if you switch. For everyone else it is a complete, fairly priced sequencer whose Starter tier is small and whose Pro tier is where fleets live. Buy mailboxes from Emailchaser if you want them pre-warmed and connected inside the sequencer without a minimum order; buy them elsewhere if $6 plus setup and domains adds up.
Who Emailchaser is for, and who should look elsewhere
Emailchaser suits teams and agencies who want Instantly’s model at Instantly’s prices with lead credits, warm-up and client workspaces thrown in, especially anyone switching from Instantly. It is a poor fit for solo senders who need more than 5,000 emails a month on the cheapest plan or anyone who wants a refund if the tool does not work out. Instantly is the tool it mirrors, Smartlead the other rotation-first incumbent, PlusVibe and ReachInbox the other low-price challengers, and Saleshandy the sequencer with its own lead finder and mailbox shop. The sequencers category compares them. Super Send is the other volume-priced newcomer, from $59 a month with LinkedIn steps and $5 inboxes.
Using Emailchaser with PureMail
Connect PureMail’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes to Emailchaser instead of buying its $6 mailboxes: PureMail’s cost $3.30 each for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, arrive with DNS configured and ready to warm in your sequencer, and connect like any other account. Turn on Emailchaser’s ramp and, for Google and Microsoft inboxes, its pool, warm for a few weeks, and keep the primary domain out of cold volume.

Emailchaser FAQ
How much does Emailchaser cost?
As of 22 October 2026, Starter costs $47 a month for 5,000 emails, 1,000 active contacts and 1,500 lead credits, Pro $97 for 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts, Max $358 for 500,000 emails, and Enterprise $897 for 1,500,000. Annual billing gives two months free, so Starter is $39.17 a month billed $470. Every plan has unlimited email accounts and a 7-day trial.
Does Emailchaser include warm-up?
Yes, two kinds, both free. A gradual ramp follows Gmail's guidance, 5 emails a day in week one rising by 5 a week to 50, on by default for mailboxes Emailchaser sets up and a switch away for any you connect. An opt-in warm-up pool starts at 2 a day and climbs to 40 for Google and Microsoft mailboxes, with opens, replies and spam rescues between members.
How does Emailchaser compare with Instantly?
Emailchaser prices its tiers to match Instantly's Growth, Hypergrowth and Lightspeed plans at $47, $97 and $358, with the same email and contact limits, and includes the lead credits Instantly sells separately. If you already pay Instantly it offers 50% off for as long as you stay, and a one-click import moves campaigns, sequences and contacts across with your API key.
Is Emailchaser cheaper than PureMail for mailboxes?
No. Emailchaser's in-app Google mailboxes cost $6 a month each plus a $3 setup fee and a domain from $16.59 a year, or $6 plus $16.79 per domain for pre-warmed accounts. PureMail's Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes cost $3.30 each a month for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, with DNS configured and delivery in about four hours.
Can I get a refund from Emailchaser?
No. The terms from Emailchaser LLC in San Juan, Puerto Rico say Emailchaser does not provide refunds to users who cancel, regardless of the reason, and that monthly or annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled by email or in the dashboard settings. The 7-day trial places a temporary card authorization up to a month's price, released if you cancel in time.
