What PlusVibe does well
- Among the cheapest full sequencers: $37 a month, or $30.80 yearly, buys 25,000 emails, warmup, rotation, a unified inbox and 1,000 enrichment credits.
- Warmup, verification, an email finder and AI personalisation come in the box rather than as add-ons.
- A 14-day trial with 1,000 emails, 100 credits and three warmed accounts, and yearly billing gives two months free.
- Agency adds an isolated sending server, dedicated IPs, client workspaces and white-labelling for $497 a month.
- An MCP server lets ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor drive campaigns, and the plans page publishes the per-tier limits in full.
Where it falls short
- The plans page loads on yearly prices; the monthly prices, $37, $77 and $497, appear only after switching the toggle.
- More enrichment credits cost extra, from $8 a month for 3,000 on Personal to $143 for 50,000 on Business.
- Done-For-You domains and inbox licences are non-refundable, and the general terms give no automatic refund.
- The 99.7% deliverability guarantee and the 350,000-account warmup pool are the vendor's own figures.
- No vendor YouTube channel to check the product against, and the site still carries the old pipl.ai name mid-rebrand.

What PlusVibe is
PlusVibe is a cold email sequencer from Pipl Software Inc., a rebrand of pipl.ai, that bundles warmup, sender rotation, ESP matching, a unified inbox, email verification and finding, AI personalisation and an MCP server into one low-priced plan, with an Agency tier that adds isolated sending infrastructure and white-label client workspaces. Its plans page quotes customers who say it beats Smartlead and Instantly on deliverability, and one who left a provider costing six times more. For cold email it is a complete sending tool; it does not supply the inboxes unless you buy its Done-For-You setup.
PlusVibe pricing explained
Three Outreach plans, monthly or yearly with two months free, and the page loads on the yearly figures. Personal costs $37 a month or $30.80 billed yearly, with 25,000 emails a month, 1,000 enrichment credits, 30,000 active leads, unlimited campaigns, basic warm-up, basic ESP matching, an AI writer, a unified inbox and sender rotation. Business costs $77 or $64.20, with 150,000 emails, 3,000 credits, 100,000 active leads, advanced warm-up settings, advanced ESP matching, AI reply agents, webhooks, API access and priority support. Agency costs $497 or $415, with 500,000-plus emails, custom credits, an isolated sending server, dedicated connector IPs with rotation, client workspaces, white-labelling, a warmup recovery scheme, unlimited users and a private Slack channel. Extra credit tiers cost more: Personal $45, $52 or $58 a month for 3,000, 5,000 or 7,000 credits, Business $92 to $220 for 7,000 to 50,000. Extra workspaces start at $29 a month, the trial runs 14 days with 1,000 emails, 100 credits and three accounts, and Done-For-You inboxes are sold on a separate tab, Google Workspace at $4 a month each, Microsoft 365 at $4.50 and Azure at $49 per domain, with non-refundable domain and licence fees.
Warmup, rotation and enrichment in the box
Warm-up with deliverability monitoring is on every plan, drawing on what PlusVibe describes as a private pool of 350,000-plus accounts with humanised behaviour: reply chains, marking as important, pulling messages out of spam. Business adds a custom tracking domain, signatures, industry content and volume randomisation; Agency adds a recovery scheme for damaged senders. Campaigns rotate across connected accounts, match provider to prospect, and draw on the credit pool for verification, email finding and scraped-data icebreakers. An MCP server exposes the account to ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor.
What that means for cold email
For the price of a single seat elsewhere, PlusVibe covers the mechanics a cold email programme needs: warmed accounts, rotation, verification before sending and a shared inbox for replies. The caveats are the ones the page itself raises: the deliverability guarantee and pool size are vendor figures, extra credits cost extra, and the infrastructure it sells is non-refundable. Bring your own inboxes on separate domains, keep each under a modest daily cap and let the warmup run before campaigns start.
Who PlusVibe is for, and who should look elsewhere
PlusVibe suits budget-conscious founders and agencies who want warmup, rotation, enrichment and a unified inbox in one sequencer at a low price. It is a poor fit for teams that need a published refund policy or priced enrichment tiers before committing. Instantly and Smartlead are the incumbents it undercuts, ReachInbox the other low-price challenger, and Saleshandy the option with its own mailbox shop. The sequencers category compares them. EmailBison sits at the other end of the price range, $599 a month for 500,000 emails on dedicated IPs. Emailchaser is the Instantly-priced challenger with lead credits included, and SalesBlink starts at $29 with unlimited accounts, warm-up and MCP.
Using PlusVibe with PureMail
Connect PureMail’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on separate outreach domains, run each through PlusVibe’s warm-up, then rotate campaigns across them with ESP matching on. That keeps the primary domain clean, sidesteps the non-refundable Done-For-You accounts, and costs less per inbox than most in-app mailbox shops.

PlusVibe FAQ
How much does PlusVibe cost?
As of 13 October 2026, Personal costs $37 a month or $30.80 a month billed yearly, Business $77 or $64.20, and Agency $497 or $415, with yearly billing giving two months free. Personal includes 25,000 emails and 1,000 enrichment credits a month, Business 150,000 emails and 3,000 credits, Agency 500,000-plus emails with custom credits. Extra workspaces start at $29 a month.
Does PlusVibe have a free trial?
Yes, 14 days with 1,000 emails, 100 enrichment credits and up to three connected email accounts with warm-up and deliverability monitoring, from any email provider. The trial does not include the Done-For-You email accounts, which are a separate purchase of domains and inbox licences that the terms make non-refundable because of third-party costs.
What is included in PlusVibe warmup?
Every plan includes warm-up and deliverability monitoring using what PlusVibe describes as a private pool of 350,000-plus accounts, with humanised behaviour such as email chains, marking as important and rescuing from spam. Business adds advanced settings including a custom tracking domain, signatures, industry content and volume randomisation; Agency adds a specialised recovery scheme and dedicated IP rotation.
Who owns PlusVibe?
The terms name Pipl Software Inc. of Dover, Delaware, as the company, with founders based in Poland, and the service is a rebrand of pipl.ai. The terms also cover lifetime-deal licences, which cannot be resold or transferred, and Done-For-You email accounts, whose domain registration and inbox licence fees are non-refundable because of third-party costs.
Can I use PureMail inboxes with PlusVibe?
Yes. PlusVibe connects accounts from any email provider and rotates senders across a campaign, so PureMail's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on separate outreach domains plug straight in; put each through PlusVibe's warm-up before sending. That keeps your primary domain out of cold outreach and avoids the non-refundable Done-For-You accounts.
