What Instantly does well
- Unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup on every plan, including the $47 Growth plan, so a large inbox fleet costs the inboxes, not extra seats or a warmup add-on.
- Hypergrowth at $97 a month covers 25,000 contacts and 100,000 to 125,000 emails with the Unibox, A/Z testing, team members, the API and webhooks.
- Light Speed adds the SISR system, which assigns dedicated server and IP blocks and swaps out flagged IPs, so you never buy private servers yourself.
- One account can cover sending, a lead database of 450 million contacts on credits, a CRM, inbox placement tests and done-for-you Google inboxes.
- Yearly billing takes 20% off every Outreach plan.
Where it falls short
- The terms say all fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable, plans renew automatically at the then-current price, and disputes go to binding arbitration under Wyoming law.
- Growth leaves out the Unibox, A/Z testing, team members, the global block list, the API and webhooks, so the real entry price for a team is $97.
- Lead data is a second subscription: Instantly Credits start at $47 a month for 1,500 to 2,000 credits.
- The Hypergrowth card promises 125,000 emails a month while the comparison table on the same page says 100,000.
- Done-for-you inboxes are Google only at $5 an inbox a month, more than Google Workspace inboxes cost from a reseller.

What Instantly is
Instantly is a cold email platform built around one promise: connect as many sending inboxes as you like, warm them all up, and rotate campaigns across them for one monthly fee. Around that sequencer it now sells lead data on credits, a CRM, inbox placement tests, website visitor identification and done-for-you Google inboxes, so it can run your whole outbound stack or only the sending part. The terms name the company as Foo Monk, LLC, trading as Instantly, under Wyoming law.
How Instantly’s pricing works
The Outreach plans differ by how many contacts you can upload and how many emails you can send in a month. Accounts and warmup are unlimited on all of them. Growth costs $47 a month, or $37.60 billed yearly, for 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails with chat support. Hypergrowth costs $97, or $77.60 yearly, for 25,000 contacts and 125,000 emails according to its plan card, although the comparison table on the same page says 100,000. Light Speed costs $358, or $286.30 yearly, for 100,000 contacts and 500,000 emails. Enterprise is quoted.
The gap between Growth and Hypergrowth is bigger than the volumes suggest. Growth leaves out the Unibox, A/Z testing, team members, the global block list, the API and webhooks and priority support, so most teams that answer replies in one place or have more than one user start at $97. Lead data is a separate subscription on Instantly Credits: Growth at $47 for 1,500 to 2,000 credits a month, Supersonic at $97 for 5,000 to 7,500 and Hyper Credits from $197, drawing on a database Instantly puts at 450 million contacts.
Billing is monthly or yearly in advance and renews automatically at the then-current price. The terms are blunt about money: all fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable, with no partial or prorated refunds, and disputes go to binding arbitration. There is a free trial with sending limits, and that is where to test before you pay.
Sending, warmup and deliverability
Connect inboxes from any provider, turn on warmup, and Instantly rotates each campaign across the accounts you choose, with bounce detection and reputation protection on every plan. Advanced warmup settings arrive on Hypergrowth. Light Speed adds what Instantly calls the SISR system, which assigns dedicated server and IP blocks to your sending and swaps out flagged IPs. The sending policy requires an unsubscribe link in every campaign and compliance with CAN-SPAM, and warns that breaking the rules can mean rate limits or a suspended account.
Instantly’s done-for-you email accounts
Instantly also sells Google inboxes it sets up for you. You choose the domains and account names, and within 24 to 72 hours the inboxes appear in your account on US IPs with MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured. They cost $5 an inbox a month, which Instantly says is about 20% less than buying the same inboxes from Google, and pre-warmed accounts are offered for teams that cannot wait out a warmup. There is no Microsoft option, and Microsoft 365 mailboxes come with tenant limits of their own.
Who Instantly is for, and who should look elsewhere
Instantly suits teams and agencies running many inboxes who want unlimited accounts and warmup in one flat-priced sequencer, with lead data and inbox purchases in the same app. It is a poor fit for anyone who wants a refund if the tool does not work out, or for a solo sender who needs the Unibox and API but not 25,000 contacts.

Instantly FAQ
How much does Instantly cost?
As of 8 October 2026, the Outreach plans are Growth at $47 a month or $37.60 billed yearly, Hypergrowth at $97 or $77.60, and Light Speed at $358 or $286.30, with Enterprise quoted. Every plan includes unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup. Lead data is billed separately on Instantly Credits from $47 a month, and done-for-you Google inboxes cost $5 an inbox a month.
Does Instantly charge per email account?
No. Every Outreach plan, the $47 Growth plan included, lets you connect and warm as many email accounts as you like from any provider. The plans are limited by uploaded contacts and emails a month instead: 1,000 and 5,000 on Growth, 25,000 and 125,000 on Hypergrowth, and 100,000 and 500,000 on Light Speed. The comparison table lists 100,000 emails for Hypergrowth.
Is warmup included in Instantly?
Yes. Unlimited warmup comes with every Outreach plan, and Hypergrowth adds the advanced warmup settings. Light Speed goes further with the SISR system, which assigns dedicated server and IP blocks to your sending and replaces flagged IPs. Warmup builds reputation but does not excuse volume: keep each inbox to a few dozen cold emails a day.
Can I get a refund from Instantly?
No. Section 5.3 of the terms says all fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable, with no partial or prorated refunds or credits. Plans renew automatically at Instantly's then-current price, monthly or yearly depending on what you bought. Use the free trial before paying, and cancel before a renewal date rather than after it.
Can I use Instantly with PureMail inboxes?
Yes. Connect PureMail's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes to Instantly, turn on warmup and set a conservative daily limit per inbox. Instantly's own done-for-you inboxes are Google only at $5 an inbox a month, against PureMail's $3.30 for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 beyond, with Microsoft 365 available and the connection to Instantly made during setup.
