What Breakcold does well

  • One published price, $99 a month, with every feature included and a 14-day trial that ends without converting.
  • Unlimited person and company enrichment costs no tokens, so keeping records complete is free.
  • Quarterly and annual discounts of 10% and 20% are spelled out in the FAQ with the billed amounts.
  • A written refund policy, a named French entity and EU consumer withdrawal rights in the services agreement.
  • Claude, ChatGPT and MCP access let an AI agent read and update the CRM, which is the product's point.

Where it falls short

  • No email sequences or warm-up; it is a CRM and inbox, so outreach still needs a sequencer.
  • AI actions are metered in tokens and the overage rate is not shown on the pricing page.
  • Two connected accounts in the base plan is tight for a team working LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp.
  • Monthly payments are refundable only on the first day and only for a subscription made by mistake, and renewals are not refunded if you forget to cancel.
  • Prices on the page apply to new customers only, so grandfathered rates are not what you will pay.

What Breakcold is

Breakcold is an AI-native CRM from Logike SAS in Paris that pulls leads from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Instagram, Gmail, WhatsApp and other channels into one inbox, enriches every record with 50-plus data points, records meetings, and exposes the whole database to Claude, ChatGPT and other agents through an MCP server. It sells one plan at one price. For cold email it is the system of record behind a sequencer, not a sending tool.

Breakcold pricing explained

One plan, $99 a month, with one seat, two connected accounts and 3,000 AI CRM actions. Every workspace gets unlimited person and company enrichment, the meeting recorder, email and phone waterfall enrichment, the AI integrations, the multichannel inbox, auto-synced conversations, roles and permissions, and unlimited contacts, pipelines, custom objects and fields. Each extra seat is $10 a month and each extra connected account $10 a month; the page’s own example puts five seats at $139. AI actions draw on tokens at about half a token per action, and the calculator shows an overage line without a rate. The FAQ adds quarterly billing at $89.10 a month and annual billing at $79.20, for new customers only, and the 14-day trial ends on its own without charging you.

Tokens, enrichment and the AI layer

Tokens pay for the metered work: finding missing emails, phones and LinkedIn profiles, AI workflows such as ICP filtering and call analysis, and call recording, and they are only spent on active contacts. Metadata enrichment is free and unlimited, which keeps the CRM clean without eating the allowance. The MCP server exposes tools to list and create records, send inbox messages and manage tasks, so an agent can work the CRM rather than just read it.

What that means for cold email

Breakcold does not send sequences, so it sits downstream of the sequencer: replies, LinkedIn threads and WhatsApp follow-ups land in one inbox and deals move through pipelines. Two connected accounts cover a reply inbox and a LinkedIn profile for one person; a team will pay $10 per extra account. The flat price is easy to budget, the token meter is the thing to watch.

Who Breakcold is for, and who should look elsewhere

Breakcold suits founders, agencies and small sales teams who want an AI-first CRM with a LinkedIn and WhatsApp inbox at one flat price, and who already send from a separate sequencer. It is a poor fit for teams that need a CRM with built-in sequences or enterprises wanting per-seat contracts. La Growth Machine and lemlist run the multichannel sequences Breakcold lacks, Waalaxy is the lighter LinkedIn option, and HubSpot’s prospecting agent is the AI layer inside a bigger CRM. The full directory lists the sequencers it pairs with.

Using Breakcold with PureMail

Send from a sequencer connected to PureMail’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on separate outreach domains, and connect the reply inbox to Breakcold as one of its two included accounts so every conversation syncs into the CRM. The inboxes arrive with DNS configured and ready to warm in your sequencer; Breakcold then keeps the pipeline honest while your primary domain stays out of cold volume.

Breakcold FAQ

How much does Breakcold cost?

As of 22 October 2026, Breakcold sells one plan at $99 a month with one seat, two connected accounts and 3,000 AI CRM actions. Extra seats and extra connected accounts cost $10 a month each, so five seats come to $139. Quarterly billing is 10% off at $89.10 a month and annual billing 20% off at $79.20, billed $950.40 a year.

What are Breakcold tokens and AI CRM actions?

Tokens are the credit system behind AI and data features. Each AI CRM action uses about half a token, so the 3,000 included actions equal 1,500 tokens a month. Tokens pay for finding emails, phones and LinkedIn profiles, AI workflows such as ICP filtering and call analysis, and call recording. Person and company metadata enrichment is unlimited and uses no tokens.

Does Breakcold send cold email sequences?

No. Breakcold is an AI-native CRM with a multichannel inbox for LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and Telegram, auto-synced conversations, pipelines and enrichment, but we found no sequence, campaign or warm-up feature on its pricing or features pages. Run outreach from a sequencer and use Breakcold to manage replies, deals and follow-ups.

Can I get a refund from Breakcold?

The services agreement from Logike SAS in Paris says monthly payments are refundable only on the first day and only if you subscribed by mistake, and renewals are not refunded because you forgot to cancel. A first annual subscription can be refunded within 30 days, less one month at the standard monthly price. EU consumers also keep the 14-day withdrawal right.

How does Breakcold fit with PureMail?

Send from a sequencer connected to PureMail's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on separate outreach domains, and let Breakcold hold the pipeline. Connect the reply inbox as one of the two included accounts so conversations sync into the CRM, and keep LinkedIn and WhatsApp follow-ups in the same view without touching your primary domain.
