What Mailsuite (Mailtrack) does well
- Free unlimited open tracking in Gmail, with double-tick receipts and mobile alerts, for the price of a signature line.
- Cheap paid tiers: $1.99 a month removes the signature and $3.99 buys the full suite on yearly billing.
- Mailsuite bundles mail merge to 60,000 recipients a month, tracked PDFs, e-signature, templates and a light CRM.
- A written refund window of 7 days for unused purchases, and a Barcelona company under Spanish law.
- A vendor channel with short how-to videos, and a stated three million-plus users, the company's own figure.
Where it falls short
- It is a Gmail tool; Outlook is a separate product and there is no inbox rotation, warmup or multi-account sending.
- The free plan stamps a promotional signature on every email and logs only the first open.
- Campaigns send from your own Gmail account, so cold volume lands on your primary domain's reputation.
- No refund at all if Google restricts the Gmail account because of Mailsuite activity.
- Link tracking and PDFs are capped at 10 emails and 5 documents below the top plan.

What Mailsuite (Mailtrack) is
Mailsuite (Mailtrack) is a Gmail extension from MAILSUITE S.L. in Barcelona that started as Mailtrack, the double-tick read receipt for Gmail, and now bundles link tracking, scheduled sends, mail merge campaigns, tracked PDFs, e-signature, polls, video messages, certified emails and a light CRM, with an iOS and Android add-on and a separate Outlook product. It claims more than three million users, a figure of its own. For cold email it is a personal-inbox tool: useful for warm follow-ups, wrong for volume.
Mailsuite pricing explained
Per user, monthly or yearly. Free costs nothing for unlimited tracked emails, instant open alerts and the mobile app, with a promotional signature on every message, only the first open logged, a 100-email sending limit, link tracking on 10 emails and 5 tracked documents. Mailtrack costs $2.99 a month or $1.99 billed yearly ($23.88), removing the signature and keeping 7 days of history. Mailsuite costs $5.99 a month or $3.99 billed yearly ($47.88) and adds the complete history, who opened a group email, scheduling, weekly and monthly reports, unlimited link tracking with tracked buttons and a custom domain, unlimited tracked PDFs with time per page, campaigns to 60,000 recipients a month with mail merge, bounce detection and unsubscribe links, a self-organised CRM, templates, video messages, polls, certified emails, e-signature with an audit trail, CRM auto-BCC, Zapier, team billing and 24/7 priority support. Tax may apply; teams and custom plans go through sales. Refunds are possible within 7 days if the service has not been materially used, and never if Google restricts the account because of Mailsuite activity.
Tracking, campaigns and documents
Tracking is the core: double ticks in Gmail, alerts when a message is opened or a link clicked, revival alerts on old conversations and hot-conversation alerts on repeated opens. Mailsuite adds a campaign tool that sends up to 60,000 personalised emails a month from your Gmail account with scheduling and bounce detection, tracked PDFs that report time spent per page, and signature requests handled inside Gmail. Everything sends through your own Gmail or Google Workspace account.
What that means for cold email
Sending from one Gmail account with tracking pixels and a promotional signature is the opposite of cold email hygiene: no rotation, no warmup, and every send counts against your primary domain. Mailsuite’s place is the rep’s own inbox, for read receipts, reminders and small merges to people who already know you.
Who Mailsuite is for, and who should look elsewhere
Mailsuite suits Gmail users who want read receipts, follow-up reminders and occasional mail merges to warm contacts, cheaply. It is a poor fit for cold email at volume. Mailmeteor is the closest Gmail mail-merge rival, Yesware and Mixmax are the heavier inbox tools for sales teams, and Mailshake is the per-user sequencer with warmup for cold volume. The sequencers category covers the tools built for cold volume.
Using Mailsuite with PureMail
Keep Mailsuite on the rep’s primary Gmail for tracked replies and small merges, and run cold campaigns from a sequencer that rotates across PureMail’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on separate outreach domains. The two cover different ends of the same pipeline and should never share an inbox.

Mailsuite (Mailtrack) FAQ
How much does Mailsuite cost?
As of 22 October 2026, the Free plan costs nothing. Mailtrack costs $2.99 per user a month billed monthly or $1.99 billed yearly, $23.88 a year. Mailsuite costs $5.99 monthly or $3.99 billed yearly, $47.88 a year. Sales tax and VAT may apply, and teams, organisations and custom plans go through sales. The free plan carries a promotional signature on every email.
Is Mailtrack the same as Mailsuite?
Mailtrack is the original Gmail read-receipt product and now the name of the middle plan; Mailsuite is the company and the top plan, which adds campaigns, tracked PDFs, e-signature, a CRM and reports on top of tracking. The operator is MAILSUITE S.L. in Barcelona, and the terms cover both the mailtrack.io and mailsuite.com domains.
What is free in Mailsuite?
Unlimited tracked emails with double-tick read receipts in Gmail, instant open alerts on desktop and in the iOS and Android app, and the first open logged with time and date. The limits are a promotional signature on every message, only the first open recorded, 100 emails of sending, link tracking on 10 emails and 5 tracked documents.
Can I get a refund from Mailsuite?
Within 7 calendar days of purchase, if you stop using the service and it has not been materially used, activated or integrated with a third-party platform, by emailing [email protected]; refunds go back to the original payment method. There is no refund if Google blocks or restricts your Gmail account because of activity related to Mailsuite, and domain registrations are non-refundable.
Can I use Mailsuite for cold email with PureMail inboxes?
Not well. Mailsuite tracks and merges from a single Gmail account with no rotation or warmup, so cold volume belongs in a sequencer that rotates across PureMail's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on separate outreach domains. Use Mailsuite on the rep's own Gmail for read receipts, reminders and small merges to warm or inbound contacts.
