What Yesware does well
- A real free plan for up to five users with tracking, a scheduler and 10 campaign recipients a month, and a 14-day trial on the paid tiers.
- Lives inside Gmail and Outlook: tracking, templates, reminders, send later, a meeting scheduler and multichannel campaigns without leaving the inbox.
- Published annual prices, $15, $35 and $65 a seat, and a plain statement that annual saves up to 23%.
- Enterprise's Salesforce integration is deep, with sidebar, bi-directional activity sync, list-view imports, SSO and trusted IP ranges.
- Clear billing answers in the FAQ, including how to cancel and what happens to the term, and a contract buyout offer for annual switchers.
Where it falls short
- Campaign recipients are capped at 10 on Free and 20 a month on Pro, so real outreach needs Premium at $45 or $35 a seat.
- One sending account per seat, no inbox rotation and no warmup; it is built for reps emailing from their own address.
- No refunds for the unused remainder of a term once you cancel, and cards only.
- The Prospector add-on sells 600 credits a year for $37.50 a month billed annually, which is dear per contact.
- No vendor YouTube channel to check the workflow against, and the parent company changed to Vendasta.

What Yesware is
Yesware is a sales email toolkit that lives in Gmail and Outlook, now owned by Vendasta: open, link and attachment tracking, templates, reminders, send-later, a meeting scheduler, multichannel campaigns with email, call and LinkedIn touches, reporting, and on the top tier a deep Salesforce integration. A Prospector add-on sells contact credits from a 100 million-plus database. It claims 6,000-plus sales teams, a figure of its own. For cold email it is a rep’s inbox tool rather than a volume sequencer.
Yesware pricing explained
Per seat, monthly or annually at up to 23% less. Free costs nothing for basic open and attachment tracking, 10 campaign recipients a month, the meeting scheduler with two event types, weekly webinar training and email support, for up to five users. Pro costs $19 a seat a month billed monthly or $15 billed annually, with unlimited open, link and attachment tracking, 20 campaign recipients a month, personal activity and recipient engagement reports and phone support. Premium costs $45 or $35 and adds hidden branding, unlimited campaigns and recipients, unlimited teams, shared templates and campaigns, team reporting, centralised billing and on-demand customer success. Enterprise costs $85 or $65 and adds the Salesforce inbox sidebar, email, reply, calendar and background sync, bi-directional activity sync, campaign imports from Salesforce list views, single sign-on and trusted IP ranges. The Prospector add-on costs $37.50 a month billed annually for 600 credits a year or $125 a month for 3,000. Paid plans have a 14-day trial.
Billing is charged in advance to a card and renews until cancelled; plans can change each cycle; cancelling stops future charges but the FAQ is plain that there are no refunds for the unused remainder of a term; cards only.
Tracking, campaigns and the Salesforce tier
The core is tracking: who opened, clicked and viewed attachments, with response insights and reminders in the inbox. Campaigns run multi-step sequences of emails, calls and LinkedIn touches to a list, with auto-removal on reply and out-of-office detection. Templates and reports are shared across teams on Premium. Enterprise is the Salesforce tier, syncing email, replies and calendar both ways with sidebar access, list-view imports and SSO.
What that means for cold email
Yesware sends from the rep’s own account, one per seat, with no rotation and no warmup, and caps campaign recipients until Premium. That suits warm follow-up, inbound replies and small targeted campaigns, and it does not suit sending a thousand cold emails a day. The sensible split is Yesware for the personal inbox and a dedicated sequencer with warmed, rotated inboxes for cold volume.
Who Yesware is for, and who should look elsewhere
Yesware suits sales reps and small teams who send tracked, templated email from Gmail or Outlook and want campaigns and reporting on the same seat. It is a poor fit for cold email at volume from many inboxes. Mixmax is the closest Gmail rival, priced by recipients, Mailmeteor the lighter mail-merge, Mailshake the per-user sequencer with warmup, and lemlist the multichannel option. The sequencers category compares them. Mailsuite (Mailtrack) is the cheaper Gmail tracker, free with a signature or $1.99 a month billed yearly without.
Using Yesware with PureMail
Keep Yesware on the rep’s primary Gmail or Outlook account for tracked replies, follow-ups and small campaigns to warm contacts, and run cold volume through a sequencer that rotates across PureMail’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on separate domains. The two do not compete; they cover different ends of the same pipeline.

Yesware FAQ
How much does Yesware cost?
As of 13 October 2026, Free costs nothing for up to five users. Pro costs $19 a seat a month billed monthly or $15 billed annually, Premium $45 or $35, and Enterprise $85 or $65, with annual billing saving up to 23%. The Prospector add-on costs $37.50 a month billed annually for 600 contact credits a year or $125 a month for 3,000.
Is there a free version of Yesware?
Yes, a Free Forever plan with basic email open and attachment tracking, 10 campaign recipients a month, the meeting scheduler with two event types, weekly webinar trainings and email support, for up to five users. Paid plans add unlimited tracking, more campaign recipients, team features and Salesforce sync, and each comes with a 14-day free trial.
What is the difference between Yesware Pro and Premium?
Pro, at $19 or $15 a seat, gives a solo seller unlimited tracking, 20 campaign recipients a month and personal reports. Premium, at $45 or $35, is for teams: unlimited campaigns and recipients, unlimited teams, shared templates and campaigns, team reporting, centralised billing, hidden Yesware branding and customer success on demand. Enterprise adds the Salesforce integration.
Can I cancel Yesware and get a refund?
You can cancel at any time from the Plans and Usage page, after which you are not billed again and the plan stays active until the end of the current term. Because it is subscription-based, Yesware gives no refunds for the unused remainder of a monthly or annual term. Plans can be upgraded or downgraded each billing cycle, and payment is by major credit card only.
Can I use Yesware for cold email with PureMail inboxes?
Only lightly. Each Yesware seat sends from one connected Gmail or Outlook account with no rotation or warmup, so cold volume belongs in a sequencer that rotates across PureMail's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes. Keep Yesware on the rep's own account for tracked replies, follow-ups and small campaigns to warm or inbound contacts.
