What NeverBounce does well

  • Broad integration coverage: 80+ integrations including Zapier and n8n, so it plugs into almost any workflow.
  • Real-time verification with automatic typo correction (gmai to gmail) and company-name enrichment on each email.
  • A free first list verification with no card, and a Growth plan that keeps a CRM clean automatically with duplicates not charged.
  • Backed by ZoomInfo, which matters for buyers who already use ZoomInfo data.

Where it falls short

  • Expensive at small volume: $0.008 per email at 1,000 credits is roughly twice MillionVerifier's 10,000-credit price and four times its 50,000-credit price.
  • Pay-as-you-go credits expire 12 months after purchase; several rivals sell credits that never expire.
  • No cold email sequencer is named among the integrations on the pricing page, and catch-all handling and refund terms are not stated there.
  • The Growth plan bundles AI lead picks and scoring that a cold emailer buying verification alone will not use but still pays for.

What NeverBounce is

NeverBounce is an email verification service owned by ZoomInfo. It cleans uploaded lists, verifies addresses in real time through an API, fixes obvious typos and appends the company name behind each email. Its pitch is breadth of integration, 80 or more connectors including Zapier and n8n, and a Growth plan that keeps a CRM clean automatically, with AI-picked leads and scoring bundled in.

Pricing explained

There are three ways to pay. Pay as you go starts at $8 for 1,000 credits, or $0.008 per email; a dropdown on the pricing page offers larger blocks at lower rates, and the site says the price reaches $0.002 per credit at two million credits. Credits expire 12 months after purchase. The Growth plan is $49 a month for up to 10,000 emails and adds automatic CRM syncing, unlimited parallel list cleaning, AI scoring and 200 AI-picked leads a month; duplicates are not charged. Enterprise is custom and aimed at 250,000 or more emails a month.

The comparison that matters for a cold emailer is per email. At 1,000 credits NeverBounce is $0.008; MillionVerifier is $0.0039 at 10,000 credits and $0.00178 at 50,000, and its credits do not expire. NeverBounce closes the gap only at very high volume.

Setup and integrations

Setup is self-serve: upload up to 10 lists at once or connect an integration. The integration list is the strongest part of the product, with Zapier and n8n covering anything not natively supported. What the pricing page does not name is any cold email sequencer, so Smartlead, Instantly and ReachInbox users will typically go through Zapier or a CSV.

Accuracy and deliverability notes

NeverBounce verifies in real time and corrects common domain typos, both useful for keeping bounces down. Its pricing page does not state how catch-all or unknown results are charged, nor any refund policy, so ask before buying a large block if your lists are B2B-heavy, where catch-all domains are common. We have not benchmarked its accuracy.

Who it is for, and who should look elsewhere

NeverBounce makes sense if you already buy ZoomInfo data, live in HubSpot, or need to wire verification into an unusual workflow through Zapier or n8n. For a cold email team whose only need is cleaning lists as cheaply as possible, the price per email and the credit expiry point elsewhere. ZeroBounce is the other large verifier, with 100 free checks a month and a subscription that bundles warmup seeds and placement tests.

Using NeverBounce with PureMail

The routine is the same as with any verifier: clean the list before the first send from a new PureMail inbox, remove invalid results, and keep risky results out of the first campaigns. NeverBounce’s real-time API is a good fit if your leads arrive one at a time from a form or an enrichment tool; for batch cleaning of purchased or scraped lists, compare the per-email price with MillionVerifier first.

NeverBounce FAQ

How much does NeverBounce cost?

As of September 2026 NeverBounce charges $8 per 1,000 credits on pay as you go, with volume pricing in a dropdown that its site says reaches $0.002 per credit at two million credits. The Growth plan is $49 a month for up to 10,000 emails, and enterprise pricing is custom. The first list verification is free without a card.

Do NeverBounce credits expire?

Yes. The pricing page states that pay-as-you-go credits expire 12 months after purchase. Subscription plans are billed monthly.

Is NeverBounce cheaper than MillionVerifier?

No at any published volume we compared. NeverBounce is $0.008 per email at 1,000 credits; MillionVerifier is $0.0039 at 10,000 and $0.00178 at 50,000, and its credits never expire. NeverBounce's advantage is integrations and the ZoomInfo relationship, not price.

Does NeverBounce integrate with cold email tools?

It lists 80+ integrations including Zapier, n8n, HubSpot and Mailchimp, and a REST API. No cold email sequencer such as Smartlead or Instantly is named on the pricing page, so most cold emailers connect it through Zapier or use CSV export and import.

Why verify lists before sending from PureMail inboxes?

Because a bounce rate above roughly 2 to 3 percent is one of the fastest ways to get a new Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox throttled or suspended. Verify every list before the first send, remove invalid addresses, and keep risky ones out of campaigns on new inboxes.
