What MillionVerifier does well

  • The lowest published per-email prices we have checked: $0.0039 at 10,000 credits, falling to $0.00044 at one million, and credits never expire.
  • You pay only for good and bad results. Risky and catch-all emails are not charged and are covered by a money-back guarantee.
  • Catch-all verification is included at no extra cost, which matters for B2B lists where catch-all domains are common.
  • Integrations with cold email and sales tools, including Smartlead, Reply, Snov.io, Klenty and Salesflare, plus a real-time REST API.
  • 100 free credits without a card, 24/7 chat support, and a signed DPA on every plan including free.

Where it falls short

  • No Instantly integration is listed, so Instantly users export a CSV and import the cleaned list.
  • Accuracy figures (99%+) and the 4.6 out of 5 from 70,000 businesses are MillionVerifier's own claims; we have not tested them.
  • The smallest pack is 10,000 credits. There is no 1,000 or 5,000 tier for very small senders, beyond the 100 free credits.
  • Enterprise-style features such as team seats and SSO are not described on the pricing page.

What MillionVerifier is

MillionVerifier is a bulk email verification service founded and run by deliverability consultant Tamás Szabó. You upload a list, connect an email platform or call its API, and it returns each address as good, bad or risky, with catch-all detection included. It sells credits rather than subscriptions, and its whole positioning is price: it claims the lowest prices in the category, backed by a money-back guarantee on anything it cannot verify with certainty.

The homepage claims 99%+ accuracy, a 4.6 out of 5 rating from more than 70,000 businesses, and that independent tests rank it first. Those are MillionVerifier’s own numbers.

Pricing explained

Credits are bought once and never expire. The published packs run from $39 for 10,000 emails to $8,499 for 50 million, and the per-email price falls steeply with volume: $0.0039 at 10,000, $0.00178 at 50,000, $0.00149 at 100,000, $0.00044 at one million and $0.00016 at 50 million.

Two rules make the effective price lower than the sticker. You are charged only for emails returned as good or bad, so risky and catch-all results, which can be 5 to 15 percent of a B2B list, cost nothing. And every five million credits bought earns one million free, with past purchases counted. There is also an auto top-up option so a running verification never stalls for lack of credits.

For a typical cold email operation, a 25,000-contact list costs $59 to clean, or about $0.24 per hundred contacts. That is a rounding error next to the cost of the inboxes you protect by doing it.

Setup and integrations

Everything is self-serve. Lists go in as CSV, TXT or XLSX, and results come back in minutes for lists of a few thousand. The one-click integrations cover the sales stack cold emailers use: Smartlead, Reply, Snov.io, Klenty, Salesflare and AutoKlose, plus HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM and the usual newsletter platforms, 40 in total. The REST API handles real-time checks at signup forms, and EverClean is an add-on that re-verifies new contacts inside Mailchimp, HubSpot or ActiveCampaign every day.

Instantly is not on the list. If you send with Instantly, the workflow is export, verify, import.

Accuracy and what it means for deliverability

A verifier’s job is to keep your bounce rate low, because Google and Microsoft treat a high bounce rate as a sign of a bought or scraped list and will throttle or suspend new mailboxes for it. MillionVerifier’s claims of 99%+ accuracy and catch-all detection are the right features for that job, and the refund on risky results means you are not paying to be told “unknown”. We have not benchmarked its accuracy ourselves; the claims are theirs.

Who it is for, and who should look elsewhere

Anyone running cold email should be verifying every list, and at these prices the volume you send is almost irrelevant: a solo founder cleaning 10,000 contacts and an agency cleaning a million a month both fit. The exceptions are teams that need a native Instantly connection, or enterprise buyers who need seats, SSO and a contract, none of which the pricing page describes. ZeroBounce costs more per address but bundles warmup seeds, placement tests and monitoring into its $99-a-month subscription.

Using MillionVerifier with PureMail

PureMail inboxes are real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts, and their reputation is only as good as the lists sent through them. The routine that keeps them healthy: verify the list in MillionVerifier before the first send, delete bad results, keep risky results out of the first campaign on a new inbox, and re-verify any list older than two months. Then load the clean list into your sequencer and stay under the daily limits your warmup schedule allows. If your sequencer is Smartlead, the integration pushes the cleaned list straight in; otherwise use the CSV export.

MillionVerifier FAQ

How much does MillionVerifier cost?

As of September 2026 MillionVerifier sells credit packs that never expire: $39 for 10,000, $59 for 25,000, $89 for 50,000, $149 for 100,000, $299 for 500,000 and $449 for one million, with larger packs up to 50 million for $8,499. That works out between $0.0039 and $0.00016 per email. New accounts get 100 free credits.

Do MillionVerifier credits expire?

No. MillionVerifier states that credits never expire, and it adds a bonus of one million credits for every five million purchased, counting past purchases.

Does MillionVerifier charge for risky or catch-all emails?

No. According to its pricing page you pay only for emails returned as good or bad. Risky results, including catch-all addresses, are not charged, and its guarantee offers a full refund on any email it cannot verify with certainty.

Does MillionVerifier integrate with cold email tools?

Yes. Its integrations list includes Smartlead, Reply, Snov.io, Klenty, Salesflare and AutoKlose alongside CRMs and newsletter tools, plus a REST API for real-time checks. Instantly is not listed, so Instantly users work with CSV exports.

Should I verify a list before sending from PureMail inboxes?

Yes, every time. Google and Microsoft judge a mailbox partly on its bounce rate, and a list with more than 2 to 3 percent invalid addresses can get new inboxes flagged within days. Verify the list, remove bad results, treat risky ones cautiously, and only then load it into your sequencer.
