What Dropcontact does well
- Pay on success: a credit is only spent when an email is found, and unfound searches are returned.
- Starts low, 29€ a month for 500 credits or 24€ on yearly billing, with 50 free credits to test.
- Algorithmic finding and in-house validation on EU servers, with catch-all verification included on Starter.
- No commitment: subscribe, enrich a file, cancel, and keep access to the end of the period.
- A named French entity, French law and a published pricing table for every credit tier.
Where it falls short
- Prices are in euros only, and the yearly toggle says 20% off while the figures show about 17%.
- Carryover of unused credits is a Growth feature, so Starter credits expire monthly.
- Any billing period begun is due in full and the terms contain no refund clause.
- No phone numbers on the Email Finder plans, no intent data and no company search; mobile numbers come only with the separate CRM suite.
- CRM enrichment for HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce is a separate subscription.

What Dropcontact is
Dropcontact is a French B2B email finder and enrichment service that works from algorithms rather than a stored contact database, validates the addresses it finds with its own checker on EU servers, and returns the credit when nothing is found. It takes files, API and MCP calls and a Google Sheets add-on, and sells CRM enrichment for HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce separately. For cold email it is a list-enrichment step between a prospect list and a sequencer.
Dropcontact pricing explained
Two self-serve plans with a credit picker from 500 to 150,000 credits a month, and an Enterprise tier from 200,000. Starter runs from 29€ a month for 500 credits through 79€ for 4,000 and 199€ for 11,000 to 2,245€ for 150,000, with email enrichment, native validation, catch-all verification, file enrichment, API and MCP access, the Sheets add-on and email support. Growth runs from 35€ for 500 through 120€ for 4,000 and 303€ for 11,000 to 3,652€ for 150,000, adding credit carryover, LinkedIn enrichment, job cleaning and classification, company change detection and company data. The yearly toggle advertises 20% off, though the figures shown work out to about 17%: 24€ and 29€ at 500 credits, 66€ and 100€ at 4,000. The page opens at 4,000 credits, which is why 79€ and 120€ are the first prices you see. Every sign-up gets 50 free credits, subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, and cancellation takes effect at the next billing date.
Credits, pay on success and carryover
A credit is a found email, and an unfound search costs nothing, which makes the quoted price close to the real one. Starter credits expire each month; Growth carries them over while the subscription stays paid, and the FAQ suggests downgrading to a cheaper tier to keep a balance alive after a one-off job. The CRM enrichment plans are separate and cannot use Email Finder credits.
What that means for cold email
For a European team with a list of names and companies, 29€ for 500 verified emails is one of the cheaper routes to a sendable list, and the built-in catch-all verification trims the bounce rate before the first campaign. What it will not do is find the names in the first place, and phone numbers come only with the separate CRM suite, so pair it with a search tool when you start from scratch.
Who Dropcontact is for, and who should look elsewhere
Dropcontact suits European teams and agencies that enrich existing lists or CRMs with verified work emails and care about GDPR, paying only for addresses found. It is a poor fit for teams that need phone numbers on a self-serve plan, a database to search, or dollar pricing with refunds. Tomba and Skrapp are the credit-based finders with free plans, Snov.io pairs its finder with a sequencer, Kaspr adds phone numbers from LinkedIn, and LeadMagic is the metered API that also charges only for found emails. The enrichment category compares them. Hunter.io adds a searchable database and a sequencer to its finder, from $34 a month billed yearly in dollars.
Using Dropcontact with PureMail
Enrich and validate the list in Dropcontact, then send from a sequencer connected to PureMail’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on separate outreach domains. The inboxes arrive with DNS configured and ready to warm in your sequencer; Dropcontact’s found-only billing and catch-all checks keep the list clean enough to protect them.

Dropcontact FAQ
How much does Dropcontact cost?
As of 22 October 2026, Starter costs 29€ a month for 500 credits, 79€ for 4,000 and up to 2,245€ for 150,000, while Growth costs 35€ for 500, 120€ for 4,000 and up to 3,652€ for 150,000. Yearly billing lowers those to 24€ and 29€ at 500 credits. Enterprise starts at 200,000 credits a month with custom pricing, and sign-up includes 50 free credits.
What does pay on success mean at Dropcontact?
A credit is one found email. If Dropcontact cannot find an address for a contact, the credit is returned to you, so you only pay for results. Credits renew each month, and on Growth unused credits carry over as long as a paid subscription stays active; on Starter they expire at the end of the month. Catch-all verification is included on both plans.
What is the difference between Starter and Growth?
Both find and validate emails from files, the API, the MCP server or Google Sheets. Growth adds credit carryover, LinkedIn enrichment without a login, LinkedIn URL enrichment, job cleaning, AI job classification, company change detection, name-to-domain matching and company data. At 500 credits the gap is 6€ a month; at 4,000 it is 41€.
Can I cancel Dropcontact or get a refund?
You can cancel at any time from your account, and the FAQ says you can subscribe, enrich a file and cancel straight away while keeping access to the end of the billing period. The terms from Dropcontact, a French SAS registered in Bobigny, say any period begun is due in full and contain no refund clause, under French law with the Paris courts.
How does Dropcontact fit with PureMail?
Dropcontact fills in the work emails for names you already have; PureMail supplies the inboxes that send to them. Enrich and validate the list in Dropcontact, load it into a sequencer connected to PureMail's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on separate outreach domains, and keep the primary domain out of cold volume. Its catch-all checks reduce bounces before the first send.
