Billed yearly with two months free, Essential costs $83 a month ($990 a year) for 60,000 credits a year at $0.0165 each, with one table seat that the whole team can view, search with 10,000 exports a day, a search API at one credit a result, API, CLI and MCP access, Clay, Apollo and Zapier integrations and priority email support; Growth $208 ($2,490) for 240,000 credits at $0.0104, one table seat, 25,000 exports a day, Slack support and a success rep; Professional $416 ($4,990) for 600,000 credits at $0.0083, two table seats, 50,000 exports a day, an unmetered search API at five requests a second, team analytics and custom data mapping help; Ultimate $708 ($8,490) for 1.2 million credits at $0.0071, three table seats, 100,000 exports a day, ten requests a second, integration consulting and an SLA. Team access is by request on plans at $499 and above, with every extra workspace user a paid seat at $49 a month; Enterprise Security is sold only on annual plans from $10,000, and enterprise plans carry custom throughput of 25-plus requests a second and custom export limits; the page quotes credits from $0.007. Credits on yearly plans refresh once a year, monthly plans keep excess credits to their displayed expiry dates under a cap of twice the plan's wallet, and HTTP requests to any API are free up to a million a month in preview.

What LeadMagic does well
- You pay only for hits: failed and empty lookups cost nothing, and one credit pool covers finding, validation and mobiles.
- Low unit prices, $0.0165 a credit on the cheapest yearly plan and $0.0071 on Ultimate, with validation at a quarter of a credit.
- Built for workflows: API, CLI and MCP access on every plan, Clay, Apollo and Zapier integrations, and search included.
- Published credit costs per endpoint and a volume calculator on the pricing page, so the bill is predictable.
- A vendor YouTube channel with a recent video on bounce rates, and a refund policy that is harsh but explicit.
Where it falls short
- No refunds of any kind: unused credits, unused time, forgetting to cancel and data quality complaints are all excluded.
- A fair-use rule lets LeadMagic throttle or suspend accounts whose find rate drops below 10%, including late in an enrichment waterfall.
- Monthly plans cap retained credits at twice the plan's wallet, and yearly credits refresh only once a year.
- Monthly billing costs about a fifth more per credit than yearly, and there is no free trial; the free-credits programme has ended.
- Mobile numbers cost five credits each, so a phone-first workflow burns the pool quickly.

What LeadMagic is
LeadMagic is a data enrichment API from Lead Magic Corporation that finds work and personal emails and mobile numbers, validates addresses including catch-alls, and enriches people and companies, all from one credit pool that only charges for successful results. It is sold through an app, a REST API, a CLI and an MCP server for AI agents, with Clay, Apollo and Zapier integrations, and it says over a billion of its API calls have run through Clay. For cold email it is the list-building and list-cleaning layer in front of the sequencer.
LeadMagic pricing explained
Every endpoint draws from one pool: a work email costs one credit, a validation a quarter, a mobile number five, and failed or empty lookups cost nothing. Billed yearly with two months free, Essential is $83 a month, $990 a year, for 60,000 credits at $0.0165 each with one table seat, 10,000 exports a day, API, CLI and MCP access and the Clay, Apollo and Zapier integrations. Growth is $208 a month, $2,490 a year, for 240,000 credits at $0.0104 with one table seat, 25,000 exports a day and Slack support. Professional is $416, $4,990 a year, for 600,000 credits at $0.0083 with two table seats, 50,000 exports a day, an unmetered search API at five requests a second and team analytics. Ultimate is $708, $8,490 a year, for 1.2 million credits at $0.0071 with three table seats, 100,000 exports a day, ten requests a second, integration consulting and an SLA. Billed monthly the same plans cost $99 for 5,000 credits a month, $249 for 20,000, $499 for 50,000 and $849 for 100,000, at $0.0198 down to $0.0085 a credit. Team access is by request on plans at $499 and above, with each extra workspace user a $49-a-month seat, and Enterprise Security is sold only on annual plans from $10,000. The refund policy makes every payment final.
Finder, validation and the fair-use rule
The products are Email Finder, Personal Email Finder, Mobile Finder, Email Validation and Catch-All Validation, plus enrichment endpoints for companies and people, each reachable from the app, the API, the CLI or an agent through MCP. The pricing page carries a calculator that converts a monthly volume of emails, validations and mobiles into a recommended plan. The refund policy, updated 30 September 2026, also carries the fair-use rule: find rate is measured as billable results over qualifying requests on a rolling window, and a sustained rate below 10%, which the policy says happens late in enrichment waterfalls, on directory or retail domains and on exhausted lists, can lead to throttling, limits or suspension regardless of remaining credits.
What that means for cold email
Paying only for hits suits cold email well: you can run a whole list through the finder and validator and pay for the addresses you actually get, with validation at a quarter of a credit making a full clean cheap. The fair-use rule means LeadMagic should sit early in a waterfall rather than as a last resort on leftovers, and the no-refund policy means sizing the plan to real volume rather than buying ahead.
Who LeadMagic is for, and who should look elsewhere
LeadMagic suits teams building lists in Clay or their own pipelines who want cheap, metered email finding and validation with no charge for misses. It is a poor fit for anyone who wants a trial-and-refund safety net or a phone-first workflow. Skrapp is the simpler finder with a free tier, Clay the workflow layer LeadMagic plugs into, Evaboot the Sales Navigator exporter, and ContactOut the alternative for personal emails and phones. The enrichment category compares them.
Using LeadMagic with PureMail
Find and validate before you send. Run the list through LeadMagic’s finder and validator, drop the catch-all risks, then load the clean addresses into a sequencer connected to PureMail’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on separate outreach domains. Bounces are what burn an inbox’s reputation, and a validated list at a quarter of a credit per address is the cheapest insurance those inboxes can have.

LeadMagic FAQ
How much does LeadMagic cost?
As of 22 October 2026, Essential costs $83 a month billed yearly, $990 a year for 60,000 credits, or $99 billed monthly for 5,000 credits a month. Growth is $208 yearly or $249 monthly, Professional $416 or $499, Ultimate $708 or $849, and extra workspace seats cost $49 a month. A work email costs one credit, a validation 0.25 and a mobile number five.
Does LeadMagic charge for failed lookups?
No. The pricing page states that failed and empty lookups spend no credits, so you pay only for a found email, a completed validation or a found mobile number. The flip side is a fair-use rule: if your sustained find rate falls below 10%, for example on exhausted lists or directory domains, LeadMagic may throttle, limit or suspend the account.
Can I get a refund from LeadMagic?
No. The refund policy dated 30 September 2026 makes all purchases final: monthly and annual fees, credits, usage and overage charges, add-ons and enterprise plans. It excludes refunds for unused credits or time, failing to cancel before renewal, data quality concerns and deciding to stop. Billing errors must be reported within 15 days, and outages over 24 hours may earn discretionary credits.
Is yearly or monthly billing better on LeadMagic?
Yearly gives two months free and roughly a fifth lower unit costs: Essential is $0.0165 a credit yearly against $0.0198 monthly, and Ultimate $0.0071 against $0.0085. Yearly credits arrive as one annual pool that refreshes each year, while monthly plans allot credits each month, so pick yearly only if you will use the pool across the year.
How does LeadMagic fit with PureMail?
Use LeadMagic before sending: find work emails for your list, validate every address at a quarter of a credit and drop catch-all risks, then load the clean list into your sequencer connected to PureMail's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes. Low bounce rates are what keep those inboxes' reputation intact, which is the point of the whole setup.
