What HeyReach does well
- Flat per-sender pricing with unlimited users, clients and campaigns, so an agency pays for LinkedIn accounts, not seats.
- Cloud-based with a dedicated residential proxy per sender on Growth, hard per-account daily limits and automatic rotation across accounts.
- Native Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison integrations plus a unified inbox, so LinkedIn and email run as one sequence.
- Agency features that usually cost extra: a workspace per client, white label from the Agency plan, an API, webhooks, a CLI and an MCP server.
- A real trial: 14 days with up to 3 accounts and no card, and a 30-day trial on request for the agency plans.
Where it falls short
- Per-sender pricing adds up: five accounts cost $395 a month on Growth, and the next step is $999.
- Enrichment credits are a one-time allocation, not monthly, and the FAQ still calls the Growth plan Starter, so trust the plan cards over the FAQ.
- Agency and Unlimited expect you to bring your own proxies or ask for a managed option, which is extra work and cost at that scale.
- LinkedIn prohibits automation in its terms; HeyReach's limits and rotation reduce the risk of restrictions but do not remove it.
- The terms set fees by order form and say nothing about refunds, and the 4.7 rating and 7,000 companies are the company's own claims.

What HeyReach is
HeyReach is a cloud-based LinkedIn outreach tool built for agencies and go-to-market teams that run campaigns from many LinkedIn accounts at once. It automates connection requests, messages, follow-ups, voice notes and profile views, rotates sending across accounts, and keeps every reply in one unified inbox. Its pricing is the reason it comes up so often: you pay per connected LinkedIn account, which HeyReach calls a sender, and users, clients and campaigns are unlimited. The company cites a 4.7 rating and more than 7,000 companies; both are its own figures.
For a cold email operation it matters as the other channel. HeyReach does not send email. Its native integrations with Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison pass leads between LinkedIn and email so that one sequence can run across both.
HeyReach pricing
Three self-serve plans and a done-for-you service. Growth is $79 per sender a month, $71 a month billed quarterly or $63 a month billed yearly, and includes every LinkedIn action, the unified inbox, the email integrations, other integrations such as Clay, HubSpot, Zapier and Make, an API with webhooks, a workspace per client and an MCP server for AI agents. Agency is $999 a month for 25 senders, $899 quarterly or $799 yearly, with a 50-sender option, and adds white label, a done-for-you onboarding session and a dedicated Slack channel. Unlimited is $2,999 a month, $2,699 quarterly or $2,399 yearly, capped at 300 senders under a fair-use policy, and adds migration from another tool, priority support and multi-brand white label at $500 per extra brand. The done-for-you plan, where HeyReach builds lists, runs campaigns and handles the inbox, is priced on request.
Two details are easy to miss. Enrichment credits for finding verified emails are a one-time allocation, 100 per sender on Growth, 1,000 on Agency and 3,000 on Unlimited, not a monthly refill, though you can top up. And the FAQ still calls the Growth plan Starter, so read the plan cards for current terms. The Growth trial is 14 days for up to 3 accounts with no card, and HeyReach says the agency plans can be trialled for 30 days on request. The terms of service set fees by order form, renew subscriptions automatically and do not mention refunds.
How it works
Connect a LinkedIn account and HeyReach assigns it a dedicated residential proxy on the Growth plan; on Agency and Unlimited you bring your own proxies or ask for their managed option. Each account runs inside hard daily limits, and campaigns can rotate across every connected account so that the volume you need is spread thinly over many profiles rather than pushed through one. An If Connected condition splits existing connections from new ones, and replies land in the unified inbox with sentiment tagging available through the MCP server. There is also a CLI for teams that prefer to run outreach from a terminal.
Integrations and multichannel
The email integrations are native rather than bolted on: leads move between HeyReach and Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison, so a prospect who ignores a connection request can get an email, and vice versa. Clay, RB2B and Trigify feed in signals and lists, HubSpot takes the results, and Zapier and Make cover the rest. The API, webhooks and MCP server let agencies build their own routing on top.
Who HeyReach is for, and who should look elsewhere
HeyReach suits agencies and go-to-market teams running outreach from many LinkedIn accounts who want flat pricing, client workspaces, white label and a native link to their email sequencer. It is a poor fit for a solo user with one account who wants the cheapest option, since $79 a month buys more elsewhere, and for anyone unwilling to accept the account risk that comes with any LinkedIn automation: LinkedIn prohibits it in its terms, and limits and proxies reduce the risk without removing it. Dripify, Waalaxy and Expandi are the usual alternatives; we have not reviewed them yet, and the LinkedIn automation category will list them as we do.
Using HeyReach with PureMail
HeyReach is the LinkedIn half of a multichannel sequence. Connect your LinkedIn senders in HeyReach, connect the inboxes PureMail provisions for cold email to Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison, and let the native integration move leads between the two. Use the one-time enrichment credits to fill in missing emails, verify them before they reach an inbox, and keep daily email limits set for warm sending.
HeyReach FAQ
How much does HeyReach cost?
As of 5 October 2026, the Growth plan is $79 per sender a month, $71 a month billed quarterly or $63 a month billed yearly. Agency is $999 a month for 25 senders, or $899 quarterly and $799 yearly, with a 50-sender option. Unlimited is $2,999 a month, or $2,699 quarterly and $2,399 yearly, and is capped at 300 senders under a fair-use policy. A done-for-you service is priced on request.
What counts as a sender on HeyReach?
A sender, which HeyReach also calls a seat, is a LinkedIn account connected to your workspace. Team members, virtual assistants and clients who log in are free; you pay only for the LinkedIn accounts that send. Agency and Unlimited bundle 25 and up to 300 senders respectively.
Does HeyReach have a free trial?
Yes. The Growth plan comes with a 14-day trial for up to 3 LinkedIn accounts with no card required. HeyReach's FAQ says you can also request a 30-day free trial of the Agency and Unlimited plans.
Is HeyReach safe for LinkedIn accounts?
Safer than most, not risk-free. It runs in the cloud rather than as a browser extension, gives each Growth sender a dedicated residential proxy, enforces daily limits per account and rotates sending across accounts. LinkedIn still prohibits automation in its terms, so any tool in this category can lead to warnings or restrictions; keep volumes conservative and warm new accounts up slowly.
Can I use HeyReach with PureMail inboxes?
Yes, as the LinkedIn half of a multichannel sequence. HeyReach does not send email itself; its native integrations with Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison hand leads to the email sequencer, and that is where your PureMail inboxes are connected. HeyReach also includes a one-time allocation of enrichment credits for finding verified emails.
