What Aimfox does well
- Simple seat pricing, $49 a month or $490 a year per LinkedIn profile, with every core feature on every plan and a 14-day trial without a card.
- Rented, customised LinkedIn profiles are sold natively, with warmup and a replacement guarantee, which is how teams scale LinkedIn outbound past their own staff.
- Safety features are concrete: local IPs from 70-plus countries, hard-coded weekly limits, passwordless login and inbox privacy settings.
- Campaigns from LinkedIn search, Sales Navigator, post engagers, event attendees, group members and custom lists, with A/B tests, auto-translation and time-zone sending.
- Agencies get full white-label, from dashboard branding to branded email flows and knowledge base, for $499 a month covering 20 seats.
Where it falls short
- The avatar price is ambiguous on the page: the card says $387 a month with three profiles included, the table says $387 per profile a month.
- Yearly and quarterly plans are non-refundable, other refunds are considered only within 30 days, and cancelling needs 24 hours' notice by contacting the company.
- Operating rented LinkedIn profiles sits in a grey area with LinkedIn's rules; the risk is yours if a profile is restricted, guarantee or not.
- Weekly caps apply, 200 connection requests and 200 message requests a seat, 100 and 150 on avatars, so volume comes from more seats rather than more sends.
- No email channel: Aimfox is LinkedIn only, so email steps need another tool.

What Aimfox is
Aimfox is a cloud LinkedIn outreach tool from SocialGrowth LLC FZ in Dubai that runs connection requests, messages, InMails and engagement campaigns from the LinkedIn profiles you connect, and that will also rent you customised LinkedIn profiles, which it calls outreach avatars, when your own team runs out of accounts. It claims more than 10,000 outreach experts as users, a figure of its own. For cold outreach it is the LinkedIn half of a multichannel setup, with no email channel of its own.
Aimfox pricing explained
Three products. An Outreach seat connects one LinkedIn profile for $49 a month billed monthly or $490 a year, shown against $600 struck through, with inbound and outbound campaigns, a unified inbox and integrations. Agency starts at $499 a month for 20 seats plus $20 for each additional seat, adding Slack onboarding, full white-label, team collaboration and profile migration help. Outreach avatars are rented, customised LinkedIn profiles: the pricing card lists $387 a month with three profiles included and three outreach seats bundled, $3,870 a year against $4,642, while the comparison table beneath lists $387 per profile a month, so pin down the count before buying. Every plan has a 14-day free trial without a card and cancels at any time, and yearly billing is advertised at up to 25% off.
The terms say subscriptions run to the end of the billing cycle, cancellation is by contacting the company at least 24 hours before it ends (pausing in the dashboard does not cancel), yearly and quarterly plans are non-refundable because they are discounted, and other refunds are considered only within 30 days of the first purchase at the company’s discretion, which the terms say is no guarantee of reimbursement.
Campaigns, limits and safety
Campaigns start from a LinkedIn search, a Sales Navigator search, a post’s engagers, an event’s attendees, a group’s members or a custom list, with first-degree filtering, unlimited messaging sequences, voice notes, attachments, videos, reactions and skill endorsements. Hard-coded limits cap each seat at 200 connection requests and 200 message requests a week, avatars at 100 and 150. Safety rests on local IPs from a 70-plus-country pool, bring-your-own IPs, passwordless login, inbox privacy settings and warmup; A/B testing, auto-translation, time-zone sending and blacklists round it out. Agencies get white-label from the dashboard to the knowledge base.
What that means for cold outreach
Aimfox’s economics are per seat, so volume comes from more profiles under their caps rather than from pushing one profile harder, which is the right instinct. Rented avatars are how it scales, and they are also the risk: a restricted profile is replaced, but the reputation and the conversations on it are gone, and LinkedIn’s rules are what they are. Keep the primary people’s profiles on conservative settings and treat avatars as the expendable layer.
Who Aimfox is for, and who should look elsewhere
Aimfox suits teams and agencies that run LinkedIn-first outbound and want rented profiles, white-label and clear per-seat pricing from one vendor. It is a poor fit for anyone who wants email and LinkedIn in one sequence. HeyReach is the agency-oriented rival, Meet Alfred adds email steps, and Dripify and Waalaxy are the lighter per-seat tools. The LinkedIn automation category compares them. Prosp also rents LinkedIn profiles and includes a residential proxy per account from $79.99 per four weeks, and Botdog prices per sender at $79 a month with a 7-day trial.
Using Aimfox with PureMail
Run the LinkedIn steps in Aimfox and the email steps from PureMail’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on separate outreach domains through a sequencer with rotation, so the connection request and the follow-up email come from different, warmed identities. Keep each channel under its limits, and never put the primary domain’s inboxes behind a rented profile.

Aimfox FAQ
How much does Aimfox cost?
As of 13 October 2026, an Outreach seat for one LinkedIn profile costs $49 a month or $490 a year, shown against $600. Agency starts at $499 a month for 20 seats plus $20 for each extra seat. Outreach avatars, rented LinkedIn profiles, are listed at $387 a month with three profiles included on the card and $387 per profile in the table, $3,870 a year.
What are Aimfox outreach avatars?
LinkedIn profiles that Aimfox rents and customises for you so you can run outreach beyond your own team's accounts. The avatar plan bundles outreach seats, fast delivery to your workspace, profile customisation, warmup and a replacement guarantee. Avatars run under lower caps than your own seats, 100 connection requests and 150 message requests a week, and the risk of a restriction is yours.
What are Aimfox's LinkedIn limits?
The comparison table lists hard-coded limits of 200 connection requests and 200 message requests a week per outreach seat, and 100 and 150 for avatars, with unlimited messaging sequences. Free InMails to open profiles depend on the account, which the page puts at roughly 100 to 800 a month. Sending notes with connection requests needs a Premium or Sales Navigator licence.
Is there a free trial of Aimfox?
Yes. The pricing page advertises a 14-day free trial with no credit card and full access to the core features. Subscriptions then run monthly or yearly; cancel by contacting the company at least 24 hours before the cycle ends, since pausing does not cancel. Yearly plans are non-refundable and other refunds are considered only within 30 days, so test inside the trial.
How does Aimfox fit with PureMail?
Aimfox handles the LinkedIn side only, so pair it with a sequencer for the email steps: run connection requests and messages in Aimfox, and send the follow-up emails from PureMail's warmed Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on separate domains through a tool with inbox rotation. Keep both channels under their limits and let replies land in one place.
