What Botdog does well
- Simple per-sender pricing with a 7-day full-access trial and no card, and 30% off on yearly billing.
- Every feature on every plan, including the AI inbox, API and multi-account management; Agency only adds support.
- Agency bundles fall to about $40 a sender a month at 40 senders, or $28 on yearly billing.
- Plan changes are prorated and immediate, and there are no setup fees or long-term commitments.
- A Managed option from the same team for anyone who wants outbound run for them.
Where it falls short
- No refunds except where the law requires, and even then any exception is capped at half the amount paid.
- The terms and privacy policy name only Botdog, with no registered company or address.
- Solo at $79 a sender is mid-range; a solo user pays more than on Waalaxy or Octopus CRM.
- Proxy and IP handling is not described on the pricing page, so the safety claims rest on the vendor's word.
- LinkedIn prohibits automation in its terms; safety settings reduce the risk of restrictions but do not remove it.

What Botdog is
Botdog is a cloud LinkedIn automation tool that runs connection requests, messages and follow-up sequences from standard, Premium or Sales Navigator accounts, builds campaigns with AI, collects replies in an AI-assisted unified inbox, and reports account health. It sells per sender to individuals, in bundles to agencies, and as a managed service run by its own team. For cold email it is the LinkedIn channel beside your sequencer; it does not send email.
Botdog pricing explained
Solo costs $79 a month per connected account, $71 a month billed quarterly or $55.33 a month billed yearly, and a stepper adds senders. Agency bundles cost $299 a month for 5 senders, $499 for 10, $799 for 20, $1,199 for 30 and $1,598 for 40, or $209.33 to $1,118.58 a month on yearly billing, adding onboarding, migration, priority and dedicated support. Managed outbound is custom from $690 a month per seat, billed monthly, with a dedicated manager, ICP research, a profile rewrite, campaign and inbox management, ghostwritten posts and reporting calls. Every plan carries a 7-day full-access trial with no card, no setup fee, immediate prorated plan changes and cancel-anytime. The terms make fees non-refundable except where the law requires, cap any discretionary refund at half the amount paid, and name no registered company.
Features and account safety
All features ship on every plan: unlimited campaigns, every LinkedIn action, AI campaign building, the AI unified inbox, multi-account and team management, lead import and export, analytics with account health, and API access. The FAQ and terms say Botdog applies default safety settings and pays per-account costs for each connected profile, which suggests isolated sessions, but proxies and IPs are not described on the pricing page.
What that means for cold email
Botdog is a reasonable LinkedIn companion for a sequencer: cheap enough for one or two senders, and the bundles get cheaper per account as an agency grows. The trade-offs are the no-refund terms, the anonymous vendor and, as with every tool in this category, LinkedIn’s prohibition on automation. Keep daily actions modest and treat the account as the asset at risk.
Who Botdog is for, and who should look elsewhere
Botdog suits solo sellers and agencies that want straightforward per-sender LinkedIn automation with an AI inbox, a real trial and bundles that get cheaper at scale. It is a poor fit for anyone who needs refunds, a named legal entity, email and LinkedIn in one sequence, or the cheapest single-seat tool. HeyReach is the agency-grade rival with native sequencer integrations, Dripify adds an email step on a budget, Waalaxy and Octopus CRM are the cheaper single-seat options, and Aimfox rents profiles with local IPs. The LinkedIn automation category compares them.
Using Botdog with PureMail
Run the email channel from a sequencer connected to PureMail’s Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on separate outreach domains, and let Botdog work LinkedIn in parallel. Export accepted connections and replies from Botdog as CSV to feed the email sequence, keep both channels at conservative volumes, and leave the primary domain and the personal LinkedIn account out of the heavy lifting.

Botdog FAQ
How much does Botdog cost?
As of 22 October 2026, Solo costs $79 a month per connected LinkedIn account, $71 a month billed quarterly or $55.33 a month billed yearly. Agency bundles cost $299 a month for 5 senders, $499 for 10, $799 for 20, $1,199 for 30 and $1,598 for 40, with 30% off on yearly billing. Managed outbound is custom from $690 a month per seat.
What is a Botdog sender?
A sender is a LinkedIn account connected to Botdog, whether a standard, Premium or Sales Navigator profile. Solo charges per sender and lets you add more with a stepper, while Agency sells fixed bundles of 5 to 40 senders run from one dashboard with team management. Every sender gets the same features, from AI campaign building to the unified inbox and analytics.
Does Botdog have a free trial?
Yes. Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial with full access and no restrictions, and no card is needed to start. You can test every feature and cancel in the trial if it is not for you. There are no setup fees, no long-term commitment, and you can upgrade or downgrade at any time with immediate, prorated billing changes.
Does Botdog give refunds?
No. The FAQ says refunds are not offered and you can cancel at any time with service continuing to the end of the billing period. The terms add that fees are non-refundable except as required by law and that any exception granted at Botdog's discretion is capped at 50% of the amount paid, citing third-party and per-account costs. The company behind Botdog is not named.
Can I use Botdog with PureMail inboxes?
Only as the LinkedIn half of a two-channel approach. Botdog does not send email, so run the email side from a sequencer connected to PureMail's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on separate outreach domains, and use Botdog's CSV export to move accepted connections and replies between the two. Keep LinkedIn volumes conservative, since automation always carries account risk.
