What Winnr does well
- Very cheap per account: $1.38 each on Startup and 95 cents on Enterprise, extras at $1, with domains from $1 bought once.
- A money-back promise most providers avoid: if accounts do not reach 90 percent deliverability, or you are simply unhappy, the most recent month is refunded on request.
- Built for automation: a REST API for domains, users and inboxes, bulk actions, an MCP server for AI agents and one-click CSV exports for every major sequencer.
- Warmup is built in at 60 cents a mailbox, with health scores and ramp-up in the dashboard, and a unified mailbox reads and sends from every account.
- Monthly billing with no annual contract, free domain transfers, and 5 free domain purchases on Enterprise.
Where it falls short
- These are SMTP accounts on Winnr's own servers, not Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, so they start with no provider reputation and share IPs unless you pay for dedicated ones.
- Capacity is capped per plan, 2,500 or 10,000 emails a day, which is 50 a day per account, and the FAQ itself recommends staying under 50.
- Domain slots are capped too, 10 on Startup and 40 on Enterprise, and buying extra accounts does not add slots.
- No annual discount, and the refund covers one month only; domains are never refundable.
- The 500 customers, 5.0 Trustpilot rating and 25 percent higher open rates are the company's own claims, and there is no video on the site to see the product in action.

What Winnr is
Winnr is a self-serve SMTP infrastructure provider for cold email. It sells email accounts on its own servers in bulk, writes SPF, DKIM and DMARC for the domains you buy or connect, and exports the credentials to whichever sequencer you use. It is operated by Winnr Software LLC and pitches itself against Google Workspace on price and against other SMTP sellers on reliability. The site says more than 500 companies use it, cites a 5.0 rating on Trustpilot and claims 25 percent higher open rates; those are the company’s figures.
Its FAQ is unusually direct about who it is for: entrepreneurs, sales teams and demand generation agencies that want to scale cold email properly, and explicitly not spammers.
Winnr pricing
Two plans, both billed monthly with no annual option. Startup is $69 a month for 50 email accounts, 10 domain slots, 2,500 emails a day, the unified mailbox, the REST API and email support. Enterprise is $189 a month for 200 accounts, 40 domain slots, 5 free domain purchases, 10,000 emails a day, dedicated IPs at $20 a month, white-glove domain setup through Cloudflare, Porkbun, Namecheap or Spaceship, and support by phone, WhatsApp and Slack. Extra accounts cost $1 each a month on either plan. That is $1.38 an account on Startup and 95 cents on Enterprise before domains.
Domains are a one-time purchase: $1 for .xyz, $2 for .info, $5 for .org and .biz, $8 for .dev and .me, and $10 for .com, .net and .co, or bring your own free. Built-in warmup is 60 cents a mailbox a month. The refund policy is better than most in this category: the most recent month is refunded on request, no reason needed, and the same applies if accounts fail the 90 percent deliverability promise. Earlier months are not refunded and domain purchases never are.
Setup and integrations
Buy or connect domains, pick usernames, and Winnr generates the accounts with IMAP and SMTP credentials in one click; the site says 50 accounts in under 10 minutes. Bulk actions add, delete, tag and reconnect domains and users by the hundred. One-click CSV exports are formatted for Smartlead, Instantly, Snov.io, SalesHandy and the other major platforms, and a unified mailbox reads and sends from every account in one place. For automation there is a REST API covering domains, users and inbox access, an MCP server so AI agents can manage the infrastructure, and guided workflows for Claude Code. A domain calculator sizes the order from your target volume.
Deliverability and infrastructure
Winnr’s case is that its servers are purpose-built for outbound and that every message passes aligned SPF, DKIM and DMARC. The guidance is conservative: fewer than 50 emails a day per account, and at least 2 weeks of warming, ideally 4, before a new domain sends in volume. Shared IPs are the default and the FAQ says most senders do well on them; dedicated IPs are $20 a month on Enterprise for teams running several mail streams. A new pre-warmed option sells aged domains with months of warming history. The limit is structural: SMTP accounts do not carry the reputation Google and Microsoft lend their own tenants, so the quality of your list and your warmup discipline do more of the work.
Who Winnr is for, and who should look elsewhere
Winnr suits agencies and founders sending at volume who want cheap SMTP accounts with an API, a refund promise and built-in warmup, and who understand that SMTP needs careful warming. It is a poor fit for teams that want Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts, for fewer than 50 mailboxes, or for more than 50 emails a day per account. Inframail sells unlimited SMTP inboxes for a flat fee on 28-day billing, Maildoso sells SMTP mailboxes individually, and Mission Inbox adds dedicated IPs and a check on every email before it sends. The inbox provider comparison scores all of them.
Where PureMail is cheaper, and where Winnr wins
PureMail’s Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes, set up and connected by a team cost $3.30 each for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, billed monthly. Winnr is cheaper per account at every size, $1.38 on Startup and 95 cents on Enterprise, so the comparison is not about price. What PureMail sells is the reputation of real Google and Microsoft accounts, a minimum of 10 inboxes rather than a 50-account plan, and setup done for you in about four hours. Full details are on the pricing page.
Winnr wins on cost per account, on automation with its API and MCP server, on built-in warmup at 60 cents, and on terms, with a monthly refund promise that few infrastructure sellers match. If you run high-volume SMTP campaigns and have the warmup discipline to match, it is the cheapest credible option we have reviewed. The table below puts the two side by side.

Winnr FAQ
How much does Winnr cost?
As of 6 October 2026, the Startup plan is $69 a month for 50 SMTP email accounts and the Enterprise plan is $189 a month for 200, with extra accounts at $1 each a month. Domains are bought once at $1 to $10 depending on the extension, or connected free. Built-in warmup is 60 cents a mailbox a month and dedicated IPs are $20 a month on Enterprise. Billing is monthly only.
Are Winnr accounts Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
No. Winnr runs its own SMTP infrastructure, with IMAP and SMTP credentials you export to Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo or any other sequencer. The FAQ positions it against Google Workspace on cost and suspensions. The trade-off is that SMTP accounts start without the reputation Google and Microsoft lend their own tenants, so warmup and conservative volumes matter.
How many emails can I send with Winnr?
Startup allows 2,500 emails a day and Enterprise 10,000, which works out to 50 a day per included account, and Winnr's own guidance is to stay under 50 a day per account after warming for at least 2 weeks, ideally 4. Buying extra accounts at $1 each raises the number of senders but not the plan's daily cap.
What is Winnr's deliverability guarantee?
The site promises 90 percent deliverability or your money back, and the terms say refund requests for the most recent month of service are honoured without a reason being needed, whether or not the accounts reached 90 percent. Earlier months are not refunded, and domain purchases are never refunded.
Is Winnr cheaper than PureMail?
Per account, yes, by a wide margin: $1.38 on Startup and 95 cents on Enterprise against PureMail's $3.30 for 10 Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more. The difference is what you get: PureMail sells real Google and Microsoft accounts with their sender reputation, set up and connected for you, while Winnr sells SMTP accounts on its own servers that you warm and manage yourself.
