What Cheap Inboxes does well

  • One flat price per mailbox with no plans or minimum, from $3.50 at one mailbox to $2.80 at a thousand, the same for Google and Microsoft.
  • Official Business Starter accounts with admin access and one domain per isolated workspace, so a burned domain stays contained.
  • Automated upload to your sequencer over OAuth with automatic reconnection, which removes the app-password chore most resellers leave to you.
  • Cheap domains, from $2.50 a year with WHOIS privacy, free imports from any registrar and free transfers out.
  • An API for provisioning domains, mailboxes, DNS and sequencer connections, plus round-the-clock chat support the site says answers in under five minutes.

Where it falls short

  • The site gives three setup times: about 30 minutes on the homepage, 10 minutes in the FAQ and typically about 48 hours in the fulfilment policy.
  • Cancellation needs 7 days' notice before renewal, no refunds are given for Google suspensions or blacklistings, and other refunds are decided case by case.
  • The company behind the brand is not named, and the 1,000 GTM experts and response-time figures are its own.
  • The $9.99 a month offer in the site banner is a sister sequencer product, not an inbox price.
  • Warmup is not included, and there is no yearly discount.

What Cheap Inboxes is

Cheap Inboxes is a self-serve reseller of Google Workspace and Microsoft inboxes for cold email, priced per mailbox with volume tiers rather than plans. Each order creates an isolated workspace with one domain and admin access, writes the DNS, and uploads the mailboxes to your sequencer over OAuth, with automatic reconnection if a connection drops. The site says more than 1,000 go-to-market teams use it and leans hard on support: real people around the clock, answering in under five minutes. The company behind the brand is not named, so treat those as its own claims.

Cheap Inboxes pricing

The price is per mailbox per month, the same for Google and Microsoft, and falls with volume: $3.50 each for 1 to 99 mailboxes, $3.25 for 100 to 249, $3 for 250 to 999 and $2.80 for 1,000 or more. There is no minimum and no plan to choose; the estimator on the homepage shows 25 mailboxes at $87.50 a month. Domains are sold separately from $2.50 a year, with bundle deals of $2.99 for .pro, $5.99 for .co and $9.99 for .com, WHOIS privacy included, and domains you already own import free. The $9.99 a month offer in the site’s banner is for a sister sequencer product, not for inboxes.

Billing is monthly per active inbox and renews automatically. The terms ask for 7 days’ notice before the renewal date to cancel, from the client portal or by email, and say that no refunds are given for Google suspensions or for domains and IPs landing on blacklists, which the company says it does not control. The fulfilment policy says other refund requests are considered case by case, for example for incomplete setup or unresolved technical issues.

Setup and integrations

Buy or connect a domain, order the mailboxes, pick your sequencer, and the platform configures SPF, DKIM and DMARC, creates the workspace and pushes the mailboxes to Instantly, Smartlead, ReachInbox, Reply, Lemlist and others through OAuth rather than app passwords. DNS records, forwarding, domain masking and custom tracking domains are managed in the dashboard, and an API provisions domains, mailboxes, DNS and sequencer connections in one call for agencies that automate everything. How long it takes is the one thing the site cannot agree on: about 30 minutes on the homepage, 10 minutes in the FAQ, typically about 48 hours in the fulfilment policy. Warmup is not included.

Deliverability

Because these are official Google and Microsoft accounts, they start with the reputation those providers lend their own tenants, and one domain per workspace keeps a burned domain contained. The homepage’s comparison table rates its own deliverability as great and SMTP relays as okay, which is marketing rather than measurement; the structural points, official accounts and workspace isolation, are the ones that matter.

Who Cheap Inboxes is for, and who should look elsewhere

Cheap Inboxes suits agencies and teams that want official Google or Microsoft inboxes with admin access at a flat per-mailbox price, self-serve, from a single mailbox up. It is a poor fit for teams that need a guaranteed delivery time, setup done by a person, or a clear refund policy. InboxKit sells the same account types at $3 a month flat, StackMail sells bundles with refund windows on every cycle, and Zapmail sells Google and Microsoft inboxes with a cheaper entry point. The inbox provider comparison scores all of them.

Where PureMail is cheaper, and where Cheap Inboxes wins

PureMail’s Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes, configured and connected by a team cost $3.30 each for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, billed monthly. Against Cheap Inboxes that is cheaper at every size below 1,000: $33 against $35 for 10, $93 against $105 for 30, $310 against $350 for 100, and $2.90 against $3 from 250 to 999. Only at 1,000 or more does Cheap Inboxes’ $2.80 come in 10 cents under. Full details are on the pricing page.

Cheap Inboxes wins on flexibility and tooling: no minimum order, admin access to every workspace, OAuth upload with automatic reconnection, cheap domains with privacy included, an API, and support at all hours. For an agency that wants to run its own infrastructure from a single mailbox upward and is happy with case-by-case refunds, it is a reasonable self-serve option. The table below puts the two side by side.

Cheap Inboxes FAQ

How much does Cheap Inboxes cost?

As of 6 October 2026, mailboxes cost $3.50 a month each for 1 to 99, $3.25 for 100 to 249, $3 for 250 to 999 and $2.80 for 1,000 or more, the same for Google Workspace and Microsoft, with no plans and no minimum. Domains are extra from $2.50 a year, with deals of $2.99 for .pro, $5.99 for .co and $9.99 for .com, or free if you bring your own.

Are Cheap Inboxes mailboxes real Google Workspace accounts?

Yes. The site describes them as official Business Starter accounts with full admin access, each workspace holding one domain so that problems on one domain do not touch another. Microsoft inboxes are offered at the same price. The comparison table on the homepage contrasts this with SMTP relays and with resellers using legacy or educational accounts.

How long does setup take?

The site does not agree with itself. The homepage comparison says about 30 minutes, the FAQ says the automated setup takes 10 minutes, and the fulfilment policy says setup typically takes about 48 hours and sometimes longer for large orders. Plan on the policy's figure and treat anything faster as a bonus.

Can I cancel Cheap Inboxes, and is there a refund?

Billing is monthly per active inbox and renews automatically. The terms ask for 7 days' notice before the renewal date, with cancellation from the client portal or by email. Refunds are considered on request for incomplete setup or unresolved technical issues, and are not given for suspensions by Google or for blacklistings, which the company says it does not control.

Is Cheap Inboxes cheaper than PureMail?

Not below 1,000 mailboxes. PureMail charges $3.30 per Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inbox for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, billed monthly with setup done for you. Cheap Inboxes charges $3.50 up to 99, $3.25 to 249 and $3 to 999, so PureMail is cheaper at every one of those sizes; at 1,000 or more Cheap Inboxes' $2.80 is 10 cents under PureMail.
