Heyo Infra at a glance

Facts checked Oct 6, 2026 on heyoinfra.com

Price
From $19 per month for up to 50 mailbox slots on Starter; $39 for 200, $79 for 500; plus about $0.25 per 1,000 emails paid to Microsoft for Azure sending
Pricing model
A flat software fee per plan, with every feature on every plan and only the workspaces and mailbox slots changing: Starter at $19 a month for 1 workspace and 50 active mailbox slots, Growth at $39 for 5 workspaces and 200 slots, Agency at $79 for 10 workspaces and 500 slots. Sending runs through Microsoft Azure Communication Services in your own Azure subscription, which Microsoft bills at about $0.25 per 1,000 emails, so 50,000 emails a month cost $12.50. Domains come from your registrar, which the site's calculator prices at about $9 a year each. A free tier lets you connect Azure and configure unlimited domains with automated DNS before paying; generating mailboxes needs a paid plan. Billing is monthly through Stripe, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period, and fees are non-refundable.

Free trial
Free tier to connect Azure and set up unlimited domains with DNS; a paid plan is needed to generate mailboxes

IP location
Microsoft Azure Communication Services sending from your own Azure tenant, described by the site as dedicated Microsoft IPs; inbound mail on Heyo Infra's IMAP and webmail
Warmup
Not included; the FAQ says to warm up over 2 to 3 weeks in your sender and keep daily volume between 25 and 35 emails per inbox
Replacements
Not stated; the terms say Heyo Infra is not liable for suspensions of Azure subscriptions, domains or Cloudflare zones by those providers
Domains

Best for: Technical founders and agencies comfortable running an Azure subscription who want hundreds of cheap Microsoft-network inboxes under their own control.

Not for: Teams that want official Google or Microsoft 365 accounts, a provider that owns the deliverability outcome, or any refund if it does not work out.

What Heyo Infra does well

  • The lowest running cost in this directory on paper: a flat $19 a month for up to 50 inboxes plus Azure's roughly $0.25 per 1,000 emails, so 50 inboxes sending 45,000 emails a month cost about $30 before domains.
  • Everything lives in your own Azure tenant: the sending resources, reputation and authentication are yours, and Heyo Infra's access is a delegated permission you can revoke.
  • Fast and self-serve: OAuth connection, nameservers to Cloudflare, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX written automatically, mailboxes generated in batches with chosen name formats, IMAP and webmail included.
  • Every plan has every feature; the tiers only change workspaces and slots, and the free tier lets you connect Azure and set up domains before paying.
  • A named company, United Lanes LLC in Lincoln, Nebraska, with plain terms: monthly billing, cancel any time, and published bounce and complaint thresholds.

Where it falls short

  • These are Azure Communication Services senders with Heyo Infra's own IMAP for replies, not Microsoft 365 mailboxes, and the terms warn Azure can suspend a domain once bounces pass 2% or complaints 0.1%.
  • You need your own Azure subscription and a separate Microsoft bill, you bring the domains, and you run the warm-up in your sequencer.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, there is no trial of mailbox generation, and Heyo Infra disclaims liability for Azure, Cloudflare or domain suspensions.
  • The 99% primary inbox placement and 85% savings figures are the company's own, and the one-click sync favours its sister sequencer, Heyo Email.
  • No YouTube channel or video, and the only third-party mention on the site is a listing on launched.tools.

What Heyo Infra is

Heyo Infra is software rather than a mailbox reseller. You connect your own Microsoft Azure subscription with OAuth, point your domains’ nameservers at the platform, and it creates Azure Communication Services email resources in your tenant, writes the DNS on Cloudflare, generates mailboxes in batches and hands you IMAP and SMTP credentials for your sequencer. Microsoft bills you directly for sending at about $0.25 per 1,000 emails; Heyo Infra charges a flat software fee for the slots. The company is United Lanes LLC in Lincoln, Nebraska, trading as HeyoInfra.com, and it also runs a sequencer called Heyo Email that the platform syncs to in one click. The site claims 99% primary inbox placement and savings of 85% against per-user mailbox platforms, which are its own figures.

Heyo Infra pricing

Three plans, every feature on all of them, priced by workspaces and active mailbox slots: Starter at $19 a month for 1 workspace and 50 slots, which the site maps to about 10 domains; Growth at $39 for 5 workspaces and 200 slots; and Agency at $79 for 10 workspaces and 500 slots. Microsoft’s Azure sending charge sits on top, paid to Microsoft, at about $0.25 per 1,000 emails, so 50,000 emails cost $12.50 and 200,000 cost $50. Domains come from your registrar, which the savings calculator prices at about $9 a year each. The terms describe a free setup tier on which you can connect Azure and configure unlimited domains with automated DNS; generating mailboxes needs a paid plan. The calculator’s worked example puts 50 inboxes sending 45,000 emails a month at $37.75 all in, against $307.50 for 50 Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 seats at $6 each.

Billing is monthly through Stripe, with cancellation at any time from the billing portal taking effect at the end of the period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. The acceptable use clauses are specific: hard bounces below 2% and complaints below 0.1% across all connected Azure resources, no scraped or unverified lists, a working unsubscribe and a postal address in every send, and the warning that Microsoft suspends domains that cross those lines.

Setup and integrations

The site’s three steps take minutes. Log in with Microsoft to link the Azure tenant, which grants Heyo Infra delegated permission to create and configure the email resources and verify domain ownership; add domains and point their nameservers at the platform, which creates SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records on Cloudflare and verifies them; then generate mailboxes in bulk, choosing a name format such as first.last, with secure passwords, up to 500 at a time. Every inbox gets IMAP and browser webmail for replies and verification codes. Export is a universal CSV of credentials for Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist and similar tools, or a one-click push into Heyo Email. Warm-up is not part of the product; the FAQ tells you to warm the inboxes over two to three weeks in your sender and to hold daily volume between 25 and 35 per inbox.

Deliverability

Mail leaves through Microsoft’s Azure network from your own tenant, which the site describes as dedicated Microsoft IPs and trusted corporate mail in the eyes of Google, Outlook and Yahoo. That is a different animal from a Microsoft 365 mailbox: there is no Microsoft admin panel, no per-user licence, and the reputation you build is attached to Azure resources and domains you own. The upside is isolation and cost; the downside is that Azure’s thresholds are unforgiving, the terms put every suspension on you, and nothing is pre-warmed. Keep lists verified, stay inside the 25-to-35-a-day guidance, and treat the first three weeks on every domain as warm-up rather than campaign time.

Who Heyo Infra is for, and who should look elsewhere

Heyo Infra suits technical founders and agencies comfortable running an Azure subscription who want hundreds of cheap Microsoft-network inboxes under their own control. It is a poor fit for teams that want official Google or Microsoft 365 accounts, a provider that owns the deliverability outcome, or any refund if it does not work out. MailDeck sells Microsoft 365 tenants of 100 inboxes for $30 to $40 a month, Infraforge and Hypertide sell private infrastructure they run themselves. The inbox provider comparison scores all of them.

Where PureMail wins, and where Heyo Infra wins

PureMail’s Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes, configured and connected by a team cost $3.30 each for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, billed monthly. PureMail is not the cheaper option here on price alone, and it would be dishonest to say otherwise: 50 PureMail inboxes cost $155 a month against about $30 for Heyo Infra’s Starter plan plus Azure sending. What PureMail supplies that Heyo Infra does not is the accounts themselves, official Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes with the reputation those tenants carry, set up and connected to your sequencer in about 4 hours, with no Azure subscription to open, no cloud bill, no nameserver change and no Cloudflare zone to maintain. Full details are on the pricing page.

Heyo Infra wins on cost and control for teams able to run their own cloud account: a flat fee, unlimited domains, batch creation in minutes, IMAP and webmail included, and infrastructure that stays in your tenant if you leave. For an agency that already lives in Azure and can police bounces and complaints, it is the cheapest route in this directory to a large Microsoft-network fleet. The table below puts the two side by side.

Heyo Infra FAQ

How much does Heyo Infra cost?

As of 6 October 2026, the software fee is $19 a month for 1 workspace and 50 mailbox slots, $39 for 5 workspaces and 200 slots, or $79 for 10 workspaces and 500 slots, billed monthly with every feature on every plan. On top of that Microsoft bills your Azure subscription for sending at about $0.25 per 1,000 emails, which the FAQ puts at $12.50 for 50,000 emails a month, and you buy domains at your registrar. Connecting Azure and setting up domains is free; generating mailboxes needs a paid plan.

Are Heyo Infra inboxes Microsoft 365 mailboxes?

No. Heyo Infra connects to your own Microsoft Azure subscription and creates Azure Communication Services email resources there, so outbound mail leaves through Microsoft's Azure network from your tenant. Inbound mail and replies land on Heyo Infra's own IMAP service with browser webmail. The site calls this dedicated Microsoft IPs and private infrastructure; it is not a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account with an admin panel.

What do I need to bring to Heyo Infra?

A Microsoft Azure subscription you connect with OAuth, domains from any registrar whose nameservers you point at Heyo Infra, and a sequencer. Heyo Infra writes SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX on Cloudflare, generates the mailboxes with your chosen name format, and exports a CSV of IMAP and SMTP credentials for Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo or Lemlist, or pushes them to its sister tool Heyo Email in one click. Warm-up is yours to run; the FAQ recommends 2 to 3 weeks and 25 to 35 emails a day per inbox.

Can I cancel Heyo Infra, and is there a refund?

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The terms say subscription fees are non-refundable except where the law requires, and that Heyo Infra is not liable if Microsoft, Cloudflare or a registrar suspends your Azure resources, zones or domains.

Is Heyo Infra cheaper than PureMail?

On the sticker, by a wide margin. PureMail charges $3.30 per Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inbox for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, so 50 inboxes cost $155 a month. Heyo Infra's Starter plan covers 50 slots for $19 plus roughly $11 of Azure sending at 30 emails a day each, before domains. The difference is what you get: PureMail supplies official Google and Microsoft accounts, configured and connected for you in about 4 hours, with no cloud account to run; Heyo Infra supplies software and leaves the Azure subscription, the domains, the warm-up and the suspension risk with you.
