Hypertide's pricing page, captured 5 October 2026.

What Hypertide does well

  • Entra domains are among the cheapest Microsoft inboxes anywhere at about $1 each, in a separate tenant with its own IP per domain and a native Outlook login.
  • Google inboxes at $3.30 with no minimum: order one or a thousand at the same rate.
  • Automation most resellers lack: DNS, inbox creation, warmup settings and the sequencer upload happen without a human, in 4 to 6 hours.
  • Reply Relay and a 14-day Domain Layover mean replies to retired domains still reach you, and a Recovery Pool rests spare domains without paying for inboxes.
  • Month to month, cancel from the app, unlimited seats, agency workspaces, an API and free domain-level placement tests.

Where it falls short

  • A $500 opening credit at signup, drawn down by orders, which is a real barrier for a team that wants to start with 10 inboxes.
  • The site cannot agree on Entra capacity: the pricing page says 6,000 sends a month per domain, the product page says up to 3,000 on business days, and the FAQ still describes an older 100-inbox package.
  • Entra inboxes live in Microsoft Entra tenants on Azure rather than standard Microsoft 365 Business licences, and 3,000 sends a month per domain is about 5 a day per inbox.
  • Domain prices are not published, and the regular Microsoft 365 accounts mentioned on the order page are not priced anywhere.
  • The 99.2 percent placement, 600 teams and 20 million inboxes figures are the company's own claims, and the terms are a generic template that says nothing about refunds.

What Hypertide is

Hypertide is an automated cold email infrastructure provider that sells two things: Google Workspace inboxes priced per inbox, and Microsoft Entra domains that come with 25 Outlook inboxes each in their own tenant. Its argument against other resellers is that they configure domains by hand with virtual assistants and take a day or more, while Hypertide provisions DNS, inboxes and the sequencer connection automatically in 4 to 6 hours. The order page says more than 600 outbound teams use it, cites a 4.9 rating, 99.2 percent average inbox placement and 20 million inboxes across its network; all of those are the company’s figures.

The Entra product is the distinctive part. Hypertide’s FAQ is explicit that these are not private SMTP servers: they are Microsoft Azure tenants, one per domain, with a native Outlook login. The site also mentions regular Microsoft 365 accounts as a third option, but does not price them anywhere.

Hypertide pricing

Google inboxes cost $3.30 each a month with no package and no minimum; the product page shows 36 inboxes at $118.80 and states that domains, the sequencer and any other tools are separate. Entra domains cost $25 a month each with 25 inboxes included, which is $1 an inbox, with Reply Relay, Domain Layover, tenant separation and domain-level analytics in the price. Every plan includes enterprise DNS, agency workspaces, unlimited team seats, API access, bulk automations, automated upload to your sequencer and 24/7 support. There are no add-ons.

The catch is at signup. New accounts open with a $500 credit paid through Stripe, which your orders then draw down: a $50 Entra order leaves $450. The site says the deposit is not a subscription and exists to limit how many customers join at once. Plans are month to month and can be cancelled in the web app, there is no free trial, and the order page mentions a 30-day deliverability guarantee without defining it. The terms of use are a generic template that covers arbitration and app stores and says nothing about refunds.

Sending capacity on Entra is where the site contradicts itself. The pricing page lists 6,000 or more sends a month per domain. The Entra product page says up to 3,000 a month per domain on a business-day assumption, which is about 5 a day for each inbox. The homepage says 2,200 in one place and 3,000 in another, and the FAQ still describes an older package of 100 inboxes sending 2 a day each. Use the product page’s 3,000 figure when you size an order.

Setup and integrations

Setup is the product. Order inboxes or domains, and Hypertide registers or connects the domains, writes SPF, DKIM and DMARC on its distributed nameservers, creates the inboxes with warmup switched on, and uploads them to Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison through OAuth or SMTP, typically within 4 to 6 hours. Standard SMTP and IMAP credentials are included for other tools, and an API covers agencies that provision at volume. Bulk automations let you change warmup settings or sending limits across every inbox at once, and workspaces keep each client’s domains apart.

Deliverability and infrastructure

Three features matter more than the placement claims. Reply Relay keeps routing replies from a cancelled domain to a central inbox, so a prospect who answers months later still reaches you. Domain Layover overlaps an outgoing domain with its replacement for 14 days. The Recovery Pool rests spare domains without paying for inboxes until you need them, and free domain-level placement tests tell you whether copy or infrastructure is the problem. There is also a feature called Hypertide Stealth that shows crawler-style requests a different destination from real visitors on your tracking links; understand what that does before relying on it. Entra domains are isolated per tenant with their own IP, which protects you from other customers but also means each new tenant starts with no history, so warmup matters.

Who Hypertide is for, and who should look elsewhere

Hypertide suits agencies that want cheap Microsoft inboxes in isolated tenants, an automated path from order to sequencer, and can prepay $500. It is a poor fit for teams starting with 10 inboxes, for anyone who wants standard Microsoft 365 licences, and for senders who need more than a handful of emails a day per Entra inbox. Zapmail sells Google and Microsoft inboxes with a cheaper entry point, Premium Inboxes resells Google and Microsoft accounts on a monthly plan, and ScaledMail builds mixed Google, Microsoft and SMTP fleets to a daily target. The inbox provider comparison scores all of them.

Where PureMail is cheaper, and where Hypertide wins

PureMail’s Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes with setup included cost $3.30 each for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, billed monthly with no opening credit, with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX configured and the sequencer connected in about four hours. Against Hypertide’s flat $3.30 for Google inboxes, that is equal at 10 and cheaper at every size above: $93 against $99 for 30 and $310 against $330 for 100, with nothing paid up front. PureMail’s Microsoft inboxes are standard Microsoft 365 accounts rather than Entra tenants. Full details are on the pricing page.

Hypertide wins on the Entra price, about $1 an inbox against $2.90 or more for anything PureMail sells, if 5 emails a day per inbox fits your plan. It also wins on automation: no minimum order for Google inboxes, an API, bulk settings changes, Reply Relay and Domain Layover, and a Recovery Pool for spare domains. If you run an agency fleet and the $500 credit is not a problem, it earns a place on the shortlist. The table below puts the two side by side.

Hypertide FAQ

How much does Hypertide cost?

As of 5 October 2026, Google inboxes cost $3.30 each a month with no minimum, and Microsoft Entra domains cost $25 a month each with 25 inboxes included, about $1 an inbox. Domains are extra and not priced on the site. New accounts start with a $500 credit that your orders draw down; it is not a subscription, and you can cancel from the app at any time.

What is a Hypertide Entra inbox?

An inbox in a Microsoft Entra tenant on Azure that Hypertide creates for each domain, with a native Outlook login, its own IP and SPF, DKIM and DMARC already set. It is Microsoft infrastructure, but not a standard Microsoft 365 Business licence. Hypertide says each Entra domain is isolated from every other customer and that Entra inboxes perform better than plain Azure accounts because you can reach the actual inbox.

How many emails can I send from a Hypertide Entra domain?

The product page says up to 3,000 sends a month per domain, assuming you send on business days, which is roughly 5 a day for each of the 25 inboxes. The pricing page says 6,000 or more, and the FAQ describes an older package of 100 inboxes sending 2 a day each. Plan on the product page's figure and treat anything higher as unverified.

Does Hypertide have a free trial?

No. The FAQ says there is no free trial and that plans are month to month with cancellation from the web app. The order page asks for a $500 opening credit, which is used up by your first orders, and mentions a 30-day deliverability guarantee without defining what it covers.

Is Hypertide cheaper than PureMail?

For Google inboxes, only at 10. PureMail charges $3.30 per Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inbox for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, billed monthly with no opening credit, so a 30-inbox order is $93 against Hypertide's $99 and a 100-inbox order $310 against $330. Hypertide's Entra domains are far cheaper per inbox at about $1, with the trade-offs that they are Entra tenants rather than Microsoft 365 licences and send about 5 emails a day each.
