What Infraforge does well
- Dedicated IPs on private servers, so nothing you send shares reputation with another customer, and extra IPs can be added at $99 a month each.
- You pay for slots, not mailboxes: delete and recreate mailboxes freely, which suits agencies that rotate domains.
- Setup in about five minutes with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and a tracking domain written automatically, bulk DNS edits, a workspace per client, and an API, CLI and MCP server.
- Domains are transparent at $14 a year, transfers in are free, and the slot price falls to $2.50 a month past 1,000 slots on yearly billing.
- Part of a stack: Salesforge for sending, Warmforge for warmup and pre-warmed mailboxes when you need to send from day one.
Where it falls short
- No monthly billing: the shortest term is a quarter, paid up front, and the terms say prepaid fees are not refunded.
- Cancellation only through live chat, at least 7 days before the term ends, or the plan renews for another term.
- A 10-slot minimum, billed whether or not you create the mailboxes.
- SMTP mailboxes on Infraforge's own infrastructure, not Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts; the company sells those separately as Primeforge.
- Warmup is not included: Warmforge is a separate subscription at $10 a slot a month, with one free slot.

What Infraforge is
Infraforge is the private email infrastructure product in the Salesforge family, which also includes the Salesforge sequencer, Mailforge for shared-pool mailboxes, Primeforge for Google and Microsoft accounts and Warmforge for warmup. It sells SMTP mailboxes on its own servers with dedicated IPs, priced as slots, with domains bought inside the app. The company says it is SOC 2 compliant, cites a 4.9 rating and points to a case study of Woodpecker running more than 2,500 mailboxes on it; those are the company’s figures.
Its own FAQ draws the line between its two infrastructure products. Mailforge spreads mailboxes across a shared IP pool and is recommended for senders who expect spam complaints. Infraforge gives you dedicated servers and is for senders who follow deliverability practice strictly, because on a dedicated IP there is nobody else’s reputation to hide behind.
Infraforge pricing
Everything is sold in slots, with a minimum of 10, and billed quarterly or yearly. There is no monthly option. On quarterly billing a slot costs $12 a quarter, which is $4 a month, for the first 100 slots above the base 10, and the rate steps down by 30 cents per hundred slots to $3 a month past 1,000. On yearly billing a slot costs $40 a year, or $3.33 a month, stepping down by a dollar a year per hundred slots to $30, or $2.50 a month, past 1,000. The yearly rate is the two-months-free discount the FAQ mentions.
Domains cost $14 a year each for a .com, charged yearly with no discount, and transferring in domains you already own is free. The calculator on the pricing page shows the arithmetic: 25 slots come to $100 a month billed quarterly or $83 billed yearly, plus 8 domains at $112 a year. Ten slots, the minimum, cost $120 a quarter or $400 a year before domains.
Add-ons are priced separately. SSL and domain masking, which hides your tracking domain behind a branded redirect, is $2 a domain a month on quarterly billing. Extra dedicated IPs are $99 a month each. Masterbox, a single view of every inbox in a workspace, is $7 to $9 a workspace a month. Two consulting sessions cost $500. The terms are strict: plans renew automatically, cancellation must be filed at least 7 days before the term ends and only through live chat, prepaid fees are not refunded, and prices can change on 30 days of notice.
Setup and integrations
Setup is where Infraforge earns its keep. Add a domain and SPF, DKIM, DMARC and a custom tracking domain are written for you; the company says the first domain and mailbox are ready in five minutes. DNS can be edited in bulk across every domain, mailboxes and domains can be moved between workspaces, and there is an API, a CLI and an MCP server for agencies that provision at volume. Mailboxes work with Salesforge natively and with any other sending software over SMTP and IMAP.
Warmup is not included. Warmforge, the family’s warmup product, is a separate subscription that lists $10 a slot a month with one free slot, and Infraforge also sells pre-warmed mailboxes for teams that want to send on day one, at prices not shown on the site.
Deliverability and infrastructure
The pitch is control. Infraforge says every mailbox sends from a dedicated IP, the SSL and masking add-on keeps tracking links off your primary domain, and extra IPs can isolate a client or a campaign. The sending guidance is conservative and sensible: 30 emails a day per mailbox, 100 at most, and two or three mailboxes per domain. The trade-off is the same as for every private SMTP provider. These mailboxes do not carry the reputation that Google and Microsoft lend to their own tenants, which is why warmup and low daily volumes matter more here, and why the same company sells Primeforge for teams that want mainstream accounts.
Who Infraforge is for, and who should look elsewhere
Infraforge suits agencies and teams running 50 mailboxes or more that want dedicated IPs, a workspace per client, slot-based flexibility and an API, and that can prepay a quarter or a year. It is a poor fit for teams that want monthly billing, fewer than 10 mailboxes or real Google and Microsoft accounts. Inframail sells unlimited SMTP inboxes for a flat fee on 28-day billing, Mission Inbox sells dedicated SMTP infrastructure with a check on every email before it sends, and Maildoso sells SMTP mailboxes individually at a low price. The inbox provider comparison scores all of them. The sequencer side of the family is reviewed at Salesforge.
Where PureMail is cheaper, and where Infraforge wins
PureMail’s done-for-you Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes cost $3.30 each for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, billed monthly, with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX configured and the sequencer connected in about four hours. Ten inboxes cost $33 a month against Infraforge’s $40 a month on quarterly billing, with $120 paid up front, or $33.33 a month with $400 paid up front. A hundred inboxes cost $310 against $400 or $333. Infraforge’s yearly rate only drops below PureMail’s past roughly 600 slots, and its quarterly rate never does. Full details are on the pricing page.
Infraforge wins on infrastructure and automation: dedicated IPs you control, a five-minute self-serve setup, slots you can reuse as domains burn out, bulk DNS, workspaces, an API, a CLI and an MCP server, and the cheapest rate in this comparison once you pass 600 mailboxes on a yearly plan. If you run an agency fleet at that scale and want private infrastructure rather than Google or Microsoft accounts, it is a serious option. The table below puts the two side by side.

Infraforge FAQ
How much does Infraforge cost?
As of 5 October 2026, mailbox slots cost $4 a month each on quarterly billing or $3.33 on yearly billing for the first 100 slots, with a 10-slot minimum, and the price steps down to $3 or $2.50 past 1,000 slots. Domains are $14 a year each. Ten slots therefore cost $120 a quarter or $400 a year before domains. There is no monthly option.
Are Infraforge mailboxes Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts?
No. Infraforge runs its own servers with dedicated IPs and positions itself as an alternative to Gmail and Outlook for cold email. Its parent company sells Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes as a separate product called Primeforge, which is a sign of how different the two kinds of inbox are.
What is a mailbox slot on Infraforge?
A slot is the capacity to run one mailbox. You are billed for slots, not for the mailboxes that exist, so buying 10 slots and creating 5 mailboxes still costs 10 slots. The upside is that you can delete and recreate mailboxes inside your slots at no extra charge, which is useful when you retire burned domains.
Can I cancel Infraforge, and is there a refund?
Plans renew automatically at the end of each quarter or year. The terms require cancellation at least 7 days before the term ends, and the pricing page says cancellation requests are handled only through live chat. Prepaid fees are not refunded, and Infraforge may change prices with 30 days of notice.
Is Infraforge cheaper than PureMail?
Not for most teams. PureMail charges $3.30 per Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inbox for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, billed monthly. Infraforge's $4 quarterly rate is higher at every size, and its yearly rate only drops below $2.90 past roughly 600 slots, with a year paid up front.
