What Inframail does well
- Flat rate with no per-inbox or per-email charge: $147 covers as many inboxes as the plan is sized for, which is a fraction of any per-inbox price once you pass a hundred mailboxes.
- Dedicated US IPs on every plan, one on Unlimited and three on Agency Pack, so no other customer's sending touches your reputation.
- Setup is automated end to end: buy or connect a domain, records are written for you, inboxes export to Instantly, Smartlead or ReachInbox in minutes.
- Fair terms for this category: a 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting, cancel anytime, and you keep the domains you bought.
- A deliverability dashboard that watches blacklists and files delisting requests, plus a tracking-domain redirect designed to hide forwarders from mailbox providers.
Where it falls short
- The inboxes run on Inframail's own Microsoft-backed infrastructure; they are not Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 licences, so they start without those providers' sender reputation.
- Billing is every 28 days, so $147 is 13 invoices and $1,911 a year, about $159 per calendar month.
- Below roughly 50 mailboxes the flat rate is expensive: 30 mailboxes cost $4.90 each before domains.
- The site's own numbers disagree on sending: the comparison table lists a 50-a-day limit per inbox, while the calculator sizes orders at about 10 a day.
- Domain prices inside the platform are not published, and warmup is not included on the self-serve plans.

What Inframail is
Inframail is a self-serve cold email infrastructure platform that sells unlimited inboxes for a flat monthly fee, hosted on what it calls dedicated, Microsoft-backed infrastructure with US IP addresses that belong to your account. The company is Inframail LLC, founded by Kidous Mahteme, and it is aimed squarely at agencies. The site says more than 2,000 B2B companies use it and claims 98 percent deliverability; both are the company’s figures.
The model is the thing to understand. Rather than selling Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 licences at a per-inbox price, Inframail runs the mailboxes itself and charges for the plan, not the inbox. Its own FAQ positions it as a replacement for Google and Outlook accounts, and its comparison table puts it next to both. That is how the price can be flat, and it is also why the inboxes start without the reputation that Google and Microsoft lend to their own tenants.
Inframail pricing
Three plans, all with unlimited inboxes and no per-email charge. Unlimited is $147, sized for up to about 400 mailboxes, with one dedicated US IP, API access, a deliverability consultant and priority support. Agency Pack is $387, sized for up to about 1,000 mailboxes, with three dedicated IPs. A done-for-you plan at $797 bundles 80 domains, 400 inboxes, warmup, a sending platform, 40,000 contacts and an AI reply agent, with a three-month minimum. The homepage toggle offers yearly billing at 30 percent off.
The billing cycle is 28 days, not a month. The terms spell it out: 13 invoices a year. So $147 is $1,911 a year, about $159 per calendar month, and $387 is $5,031. Domains are extra and bought inside the platform; the site does not show their prices, although it does offer 10 free .com domains with signup. Connecting a domain you already own costs $5, once.
What that buys per mailbox depends entirely on how many you run. Thirty mailboxes on Unlimited cost $4.90 each. A hundred cost $1.47. Four hundred cost 37 cents. The terms are better than most in this category: a 30-day money-back guarantee on email hosting, cancellation at any time with no long-term contract, and domains you bought stay yours if you leave.
Setup and integrations
Setup is Inframail’s best argument. Buy a domain or connect one, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, redirects and forwarders are written automatically. Inboxes are created in a few clicks and export to Instantly, Smartlead or ReachInbox, and there is an API for agencies that provision at volume. Inframail does not send; it is the infrastructure layer under your sequencer. Warmup is not included on the self-serve plans, and the FAQ says to warm new inboxes the way you would on any platform, in your warmup tool.
Deliverability and infrastructure
Dedicated IPs are the strength: one on Unlimited, three on Agency Pack, with the company’s own advice that spreading sending across IPs isolates problems. A deliverability dashboard shows blacklisted domains and files delisting requests, and a redirect feature is designed to hide tracking forwarders from mailbox providers. The weakness is structural. Because the mailboxes are not Google or Microsoft tenants, they begin with no borrowed reputation, which makes warmup and conservative volumes essential. The site is inconsistent on volume: its comparison table lists a 50-a-day limit per inbox, while its calculator sizes orders at about 10 a day, showing 200 inboxes for 2,000 emails a day. Treat 10 to 20 a day as the working range for new inboxes.
Who Inframail is for, and who should look elsewhere
Inframail suits agencies and teams running a hundred mailboxes or more, where the flat rate makes the per-mailbox cost almost disappear and the dedicated IPs and automation pay for themselves. It also suits anyone who has been burned by shared sending pools.
It is a weaker fit for teams running 10 to 50 inboxes, where a flat $159 a month is dearer than per-inbox pricing, and for teams that want the reputation of real Google or Microsoft accounts. Mission Inbox sells dedicated SMTP infrastructure with pre-send checks on a hybrid plan, Maildoso sells SMTP mailboxes individually at a low price, and ScaledMail builds mixed Google, Microsoft and SMTP fleets to a daily target. The inbox provider comparison puts them side by side.
Where PureMail is cheaper, and where Inframail wins
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes from PureMail cost $3.30 each for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, per calendar month, with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX configured and the sequencer connection done in about four hours. Against Inframail’s $159 effective monthly price, PureMail is cheaper up to roughly 50 inboxes, and the accounts carry Google’s and Microsoft’s own sender reputation. Full details are on the pricing page.
Inframail wins decisively on price past that point: a hundred mailboxes cost $1.47 each, and four hundred cost 37 cents, with dedicated IPs, a self-serve setup that takes minutes and terms that include a money-back guarantee. If you run an agency fleet in the hundreds and are comfortable with non-Google, non-Microsoft infrastructure, it belongs on the shortlist. The table below puts the two side by side.

Inframail FAQ
How much does Inframail cost?
As of 5 October 2026, the Unlimited plan is $147 and the Agency Pack $387, each billed every 28 days, with unlimited inboxes and sends; the done-for-you plan is $797 with a three-month minimum. Yearly billing saves 30 percent. Domains are bought inside the platform at prices the site does not show, or connected for a one-time $5 each. The terms count 13 invoices a year on the 28-day cycle.
Are Inframail inboxes Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts?
No. Inframail describes its inboxes as dedicated, Microsoft-backed infrastructure that you control, and positions them as a replacement for Google and Outlook accounts. They are not Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 licences you administer in those providers' consoles, which is how the company can offer them without a per-inbox fee.
How many emails can I send per inbox with Inframail?
Inframail charges nothing per email and says there is no cap, while recommending safe volumes per inbox. Its comparison table lists a 50-a-day sending limit per inbox, and its homepage calculator sizes orders at about 10 a day per inbox, so 2,000 emails a day shows as 200 inboxes. Plan on the conservative figure for new domains.
Can I bring my own domains to Inframail?
Yes. You can buy domains inside Inframail, which connects and configures them automatically, or connect domains you already own for a one-time $5 each. Domains bought through Inframail remain yours if you cancel and can be transferred to any registrar.
Is Inframail cheaper than PureMail?
It depends on size. PureMail charges $3.30 per inbox for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, per calendar month, for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts. Inframail's $147 per 28 days is about $159 a month, so PureMail is cheaper up to roughly 50 mailboxes; above that Inframail's flat rate wins on price, with the trade-off that the inboxes are not Google or Microsoft accounts.
