Best for: Agencies and high-volume teams that want cheap official Microsoft 365 tenants, or a mixed Outlook, Google and SMTP stack, and can bring their own domains and run their own warmup.

Not for: Small teams that want a handful of inboxes ready today, warmup done for them, or a refund policy that covers more than a late first order.

What MailDeck does well

  • The cheapest official Microsoft inboxes in this directory: $30 to $40 a month for a 100-inbox tenant on Microsoft's own IP pools, 30 to 40 cents each.
  • Three inbox types plus bundles that mix them, with a volume calculator that prices any monthly send target across Outlook, Google and SMTP.
  • Candid operating numbers: the FAQ states daily sends per inbox type, warmup minimums, provisioning times, and even how many domains burn each month at scale.
  • Google Workspace plans come with an official admin panel per domain, two-factor login, unlimited team members and workspaces, an API with webhooks, and free domain replacement.
  • Self-serve dashboard, chat support, connections to every SMTP-compatible sequencer, and no contracts according to the FAQ.

Where it falls short

  • Outlook tenants pack 100 inboxes onto one domain at 4 to 10 emails a day each, so a burned domain takes 100 inboxes with it, and the Outlook copy rules forbid links and open tracking.
  • Every price on the page is a sale price beside a struck-through list price with no end date, and the first-order banner says 30% while the tabs say 20% or 30%.
  • You must bring your own domains, Microsoft tenants take 2 to 3 business days, and nothing is pre-warmed except the $40 Outlook tenants; pre-warmed Google and SMTP stock was sold out.
  • The FAQ says cancel any time with no contracts, but the cancellation policy asks for 7 days' notice, and refunds exist only for a first single-tenant order delivered late.
  • The footer names The Scaling Group LLC while the privacy policy names The Scaling Group Kft. in Hungary, and the inbox, volume and rating figures are the company's own.

What MailDeck is

MailDeck is a self-serve cold email infrastructure provider that sells three kinds of inbox from one dashboard: Microsoft 365 Outlook tenants of 100 inboxes each, Google Workspace plans sold in mailbox slots, and its own private SMTP inboxes on dedicated IPs, plus bundles that mix all three. The footer credits The Scaling Group LLC and the privacy policy names The Scaling Group Kft., a Hungarian company working under GDPR and Hungarian law, so take the brand as European-run even if the entity name wobbles. The homepage claims more than 833,900 inboxes managed, 7.5 million emails a day, 1,631 clients, and ratings of 4.8 on Trustpilot and 4.9 on Google. Those are the company’s own figures. What sets the site apart is how much it tells you: daily send limits per inbox type, warmup minimums, provisioning times, burn rates, even which copy rules apply on Outlook versus Google.

MailDeck pricing

Every price on the pricing page is a sale price beside a struck-through list price, under banners promising an extra 20% or 30% off with no end date, and the FAQ quotes the sale prices as the prices. Microsoft 365 Outlook is sold by the tenant, which is 100 inboxes on one domain: Normal at $30 a month (list $45) for 4 to 5 cold emails a day per inbox, Premium at $40 (list $55) for 8 to 10, and Mixed at $35 (list $50) for half of each. That is 30 to 40 cents an inbox on Microsoft’s own IP pools, with DNS, free domain replacement and chat support included. Google Workspace is sold in plans of mailbox slots: Starter at $39 (list $49) for 10 slots and 2 domains, Growth at $99 (list $119) for 30 slots and 6 domains, and Enterprise at $299 (list $359) for 100 slots and 20 domains, with extra mailboxes at $3.50, $3.25 and $2.99, about 20 emails a day each, an official admin panel per domain, two-factor login, unlimited team members and an API with webhooks. Private SMTP inboxes cost $0.50 a month (list $0.60) at 5 per domain with a dedicated IP and 10 to 15 emails a day each.

The Diversified Stack bundles combine the three at the site’s recommended ratio: $99 a month (list $129) for 2 Outlook Premium tenants, 10 SMTP inboxes and 5 Google accounts rated at 40,000 sends a month, $399 (list $500) for 215,000 sends, and $3,499 (list $4,300) for 2.15 million, requiring 5, 36 and 360 of your own domains. Pre-warmed Outlook tenants are $40 (list $60); pre-warmed Google and SMTP inboxes were sold out when we checked. A volume calculator prices any monthly target, putting 100,000 sends a month at $160 on Outlook Premium, $139 on SMTP, $399 on the mixed stack and $594 to $663 on Google plans.

Billing is monthly and recurring. The FAQ says you can cancel any time from account settings with no contracts and no cancellation fees; the cancellation policy asks for 7 days’ notice on recurring subscriptions and says charges during that period are not refunded. The refund policy is narrow: a first order of a single tenant, requested in writing within 30 days, where the mailboxes were not delivered in working order within 10 to 14 business days, one refund per customer, and nothing for campaign results.

Setup and integrations

You bring the domains, as the FAQ states plainly, then pick a provider, add the domains and your sequencer details, and the platform writes SPF, DKIM and DMARC and verifies propagation before the first send. Google Workspace inboxes are provisioned instantly, SMTP inboxes within 24 hours, and Microsoft tenants in 2 to 3 business days because Azure tenant setup involves Microsoft. Warmup is yours to run unless you buy the pre-warmed Outlook tenants: the FAQ gives minimums of 3 to 5 days for Outlook Premium, 5 to 7 for Normal, 15 days for Google and 3 to 4 weeks for SMTP, and recommends longer. Inboxes connect over SMTP to Instantly, Smartlead, Saleshandy, Apollo, Lemlist, Woodpecker, Reply.io, Snov.io, QuickMail, GMass, Klenty, Mailshake and any other SMTP-compatible tool, the Google plans add an API with webhooks and unlimited workspaces for agencies, and support runs through chat, with Slack for the top plans.

Deliverability

The structure is sound where it matters: official Microsoft and Google IP pools for those products, a dedicated IP per client for SMTP, no shared IPs anywhere by the FAQ’s account, and real-time monitoring with alerts. The FAQ ranks placement in that order too, Google first, Outlook second, SMTP last, and says Outlook Premium lands 15 to 20% below Google on identical lists. The risk sits in the Outlook model: 100 inboxes on one domain means one burned domain takes 100 inboxes down, which is why the FAQ tells you to keep a 20 to 25% warm reserve and says 10 to 20% of domains burn monthly at enterprise scale. Free domain replacement covers burns under normal sending. The Outlook copy rules matter as well: no links in the body and no open tracking, because Microsoft’s scanners trigger on both, where Google is more forgiving.

Who MailDeck is for, and who should look elsewhere

MailDeck suits agencies and high-volume teams that want cheap official Microsoft 365 tenants, or a mixed Outlook, Google and SMTP stack, and can bring their own domains and run their own warmup. It is a poor fit for small teams that want a handful of inboxes ready today, warmup done for them, or a refund policy that covers more than a late first order. Maildoso, Infraforge and Mailforge are the three the FAQ compares itself with. The inbox provider comparison scores all of them.

Where PureMail is cheaper, and where MailDeck wins

PureMail’s Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes, configured and connected by a team cost $3.30 each for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, billed monthly. Against MailDeck’s Google Workspace plans that is $33 against $39 at the sale price or $49 at list for 10 inboxes, and $93 against $99 or $119 for 30. At 100 inboxes MailDeck’s $299 sale price comes in under PureMail’s $310 while its $359 list price does not, and beyond 100 PureMail’s $2.90 is 9 cents under MailDeck’s $2.99 extra-mailbox rate. PureMail also sells its Microsoft 365 inboxes at the same per-inbox prices, provisioned in about 4 hours rather than 2 to 3 business days, and supplies nothing by the hundred on a single domain. Full details are on the pricing page.

MailDeck wins on raw cost and breadth: 30 to 40 cents per Microsoft inbox in 100-inbox tenants, 50-cent SMTP inboxes on dedicated IPs, bundles that mix the three, a calculator for any send volume, an API with webhooks, admin panels, and the most candid operating numbers of any provider in this directory. For an agency that owns its domains, runs its own warmup and sends by the hundred thousand, it is a serious option. The table below puts the two side by side.

MailDeck FAQ

How much does MailDeck cost?

As of 6 October 2026, every price is shown as a sale price beside a list price. Microsoft 365 Outlook tenants of 100 inboxes cost $30 a month for the Normal licence (list $45), $40 for Premium (list $55) and $35 for Mixed (list $50). Google Workspace plans cost $39 a month for 10 mailbox slots (list $49), $99 for 30 (list $119) and $299 for 100 (list $359), with extra mailboxes at $3.50, $3.25 and $2.99. Private SMTP inboxes are $0.50 a month each (list $0.60), Diversified Stack bundles run from $99 to $3,499, and pre-warmed Outlook tenants are $40. Domains are not included on any of them.

Are MailDeck inboxes real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts?

Yes for those two products. The Google Workspace plans come with an official Google admin panel per domain, and the Microsoft 365 tenants are individual US Microsoft tenants on Microsoft's own IP pools; the FAQ says MailDeck never uses shared IPs. The Private SMTP inboxes are MailDeck's own, on a dedicated IP per client, and the FAQ ranks them last for inbox placement because their reputation is built from scratch.

How many emails can a MailDeck inbox send a day, and how long is warmup?

The FAQ gives figures by product: 4 to 5 cold emails a day for an Outlook Normal inbox, 8 to 10 for Outlook Premium, 18 to 22 for Google Workspace and 11 to 14 for Private SMTP. Warmup minimums are 3 to 5 days for Outlook Premium, 5 to 7 for Outlook Normal, 15 days for Google Workspace and 3 to 4 weeks for SMTP, with longer recommended. Only the $40 pre-warmed Outlook tenants skip warmup; pre-warmed Google and SMTP inboxes were sold out when we checked.

Can I cancel MailDeck, and is there a refund?

The FAQ says you can cancel any time from account settings with no contracts and no cancellation fees, but the cancellation policy asks for 7 days' notice on recurring subscriptions and says charges during that period are not refunded. Refunds are narrow: a first order of a single tenant, requested in writing within 30 days, where the mailboxes were not delivered in working order within 10 to 14 business days, and only one refund per customer. Campaign results are explicitly excluded.

Is MailDeck cheaper than PureMail?

For Google Workspace inboxes, not at small sizes. PureMail charges $3.30 per inbox for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, billed monthly with setup done for you, so 10 inboxes cost $33 against MailDeck's $39 sale price or $49 list, and 30 cost $93 against $99 or $119. At 100, MailDeck's $299 sale price undercuts PureMail's $310 while its $359 list price does not, and beyond 100 PureMail's $2.90 is 9 cents under MailDeck's $2.99 extra-mailbox rate. MailDeck's Microsoft tenants at 30 to 40 cents an inbox are a different product: 100 inboxes on one domain at 4 to 10 emails a day each.
