What StackMail does well

  • Real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts at the same price for either provider, down to $2.50 a mailbox on the 100-mailbox plan billed annually.
  • Each domain runs in its own isolated admin panel, so a problem on one domain does not spread to the others.
  • DNS done for you, bulk mailbox creation, unlimited team members and export-ready integrations with Instantly, Smartlead, Saleshandy, Apollo, Lemlist and Woodpecker.
  • Flexible billing: monthly, quarterly at 10 percent off or annual at 20 percent off, with no card needed to sign up.
  • A refund window on every cycle, 7 days monthly, 14 days quarterly and 30 days annual, which is more than most resellers offer.

Where it falls short

  • Bundles, not per-mailbox pricing: 10 mailboxes cost $3.90 each on monthly billing, and the headline $2.50 only applies to 100 mailboxes with a year prepaid.
  • No warmup, no API below the $299 Pro plan, and no published domain prices.
  • The site does not name the company behind it, and there is no product video or published customer count beyond a claim of thousands of teams.
  • Google accounts are labelled US or EU IP accounts without saying which you get.
  • Refunds outside the opening window are not available, extensive use within the first 7 days voids the monthly one, and domain registrations are never refunded.

What StackMail is

StackMail is a self-serve reseller of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes for cold email, sold in bundles of 10, 30 or 100 with DNS done for you and a separate admin panel for every domain. It pitches itself on affordability and on being simple enough for someone who is not an infrastructure expert, and its site is built around comparisons with InboxKit, Zapmail, Mailforge and the big sequencers. The company behind it is not named on the site, and the only customer figure is a claim of thousands of sales teams and agencies.

StackMail pricing

The price is the same whether you choose Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. On monthly billing, Starter is $39 for 10 mailboxes with extras at $3.50 each, Growth is $99 for 30 with extras at $3.25, and Pro is $299 for 100 with extras at $2.99, API access and priority support. Quarterly billing takes 10 percent off, to $35, $90 and $270 a month with extras at $3.25, $3.00 and $2.70. Annual billing takes 20 percent off, to $31, $81 and $250 a month with extras at $3.00, $2.75 and $2.50. The headline of $2.50 a mailbox is therefore the Pro plan with a year prepaid. Volume discounts above 50 mailboxes are offered on request, domains are priced in the app, and no card is needed to sign up.

The refund policy is clearer than most. A first monthly subscription can be refunded in full within 7 days if the service has not been used extensively; quarterly cycles are refundable pro rata within 14 days and annual cycles within 30 days. Outside those windows fees are non-refundable, the terms allow price changes on 30 days of notice, and the acceptable use policy requires unsubscribe requests to be honoured within 10 business days.

Setup and integrations

Setup is self-serve and the site says it takes about 10 minutes. Bring a domain or buy one through StackMail, and SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured for you; mailboxes are created in bulk; and each domain lives in its own isolated panel so that a reputation problem on one does not touch the others. Team members are unlimited. Mailboxes export to Instantly, Smartlead, Saleshandy, Apollo, Lemlist and Woodpecker, and the Pro plan adds API access. Email health monitoring and a set of free checkers for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklists and inbox placement round it out. Warmup is not included and happens in your sequencer.

Deliverability

Because these are Google and Microsoft accounts, they begin with the reputation those providers lend their own tenants, and the per-domain panels keep a burned domain from spreading. Google accounts are described as US or EU IP accounts. Beyond the monitoring and the free placement tests, the site makes few deliverability claims, which is sensible for a reseller.

Who StackMail is for, and who should look elsewhere

StackMail suits agencies and teams buying 30 to 100 mailboxes that want isolated panels, a choice of billing cycle and a self-serve setup. It is a poorer fit for a team that wants exactly 10 inboxes at the lowest price, warmup inside the package, or a person to do the setup. InboxKit sells the same account types at one flat rate with no bundles, Zapmail sells Google and Microsoft inboxes with a cheaper entry point, and Premium Inboxes resells both on a monthly plan. The inbox provider comparison scores all of them.

Where PureMail is cheaper, and where StackMail wins

PureMail’s Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes with setup done for you cost $3.30 each for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, billed monthly, with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX configured and the sequencer connected in about four hours. On monthly billing PureMail is cheaper at every size: $33 against $39 for 10, $93 against $99 for 30 and $310 against $335 for 100 once you add the extras it takes to match. At 10 inboxes PureMail stays cheaper on every StackMail cycle, since even the annual Starter rate is $3.10. Full details are on the pricing page.

StackMail wins once you prepay: on quarterly billing it is $3.00 a mailbox at 30 and $2.70 at 100, and on annual billing $2.70 and $2.50, all below PureMail at those sizes, with refund windows if you change your mind early. It also offers isolated panels per domain, flexible cycles and an API on Pro. For a self-serve agency that is happy to commit for a quarter or a year, it is a fair option. The table below puts the two side by side.

StackMail FAQ

How much does StackMail cost?

As of 6 October 2026, Starter is $39 a month for 10 mailboxes with extras at $3.50, Growth is $99 for 30 with extras at $3.25, and Pro is $299 for 100 with extras at $2.99, the same price for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Quarterly billing takes 10 percent off and annual billing 20 percent, which brings Pro to $250 a month, or $2.50 a mailbox, with extras at $2.50. Domains are priced in the app.

Are StackMail mailboxes real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts?

Yes. StackMail describes its product as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, with each domain in its own isolated admin panel and SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured for you. Google accounts are labelled US or EU IP accounts. The site does not say which provider's infrastructure a given order lands on beyond that.

Does StackMail include warmup?

No. The plans cover the mailboxes, DNS setup, domain isolation and integrations. Warmup happens in the sequencer you connect, such as Instantly or Smartlead, which the site lists among its export-ready integrations.

Can I get a refund from StackMail?

Within a window. The refund policy gives a full refund within the first 7 days of a first monthly subscription if the service has not been used extensively, a prorated refund within the first 14 days of a quarterly cycle, and a prorated refund within the first 30 days of an annual cycle. After those windows, fees are non-refundable, and domain registrations are never refunded.

Is StackMail cheaper than PureMail?

It depends on the cycle. PureMail charges $3.30 per Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inbox for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, billed monthly with setup done for you. StackMail's monthly bundles work out to $3.90, $3.30 and $2.99 a mailbox, so PureMail is cheaper on monthly billing at every size. Prepay a quarter and StackMail drops to $3.00 at 30 and $2.70 at 100; prepay a year and it drops to $2.70 and $2.50, below PureMail at those sizes.
