What Mailin does well
- Three kinds of inbox on one platform: SMTP on dedicated servers, official Google Workspace accounts with admin control, and bulk Microsoft accounts, all with DNS done for you.
- SMTP at $1.50 an inbox with dedicated IPs and next-day delivery, and Microsoft accounts from 17 cents for teams that want thousands of low-volume senders.
- Automated setup from a 5-minute form, free domain transfers, a built-in email verifier that handles catch-all addresses, and an API covering mailboxes, campaigns and verification.
- Support by Slack around the clock from a team the site says numbers 8 to 10 specialists, and a 21-day deliverability guarantee.
- Yearly billing takes 20 percent off the SMTP bundles.
Where it falls short
- Bundles only: the smallest SMTP or Microsoft plan is $299 a month, and the entry Google plan is $99 for 25 accounts at $3.96 each, dearer than most resellers.
- Payments are final once provisioning begins; the only refund route is the 21-day deliverability guarantee, which carries conditions.
- Microsoft accounts are capped at 10 emails a day each, 5 of them cold, and come 100 to a domain, so they are a volume play, not a substitute for a standard Microsoft 365 licence.
- The yearly discount only changed the SMTP prices when we tested the page; Google and Microsoft showed the same figures on both cycles.
- The company behind Mailin is not named, the 1,000 clients figure is its own, and the promise of no flagging is one no provider can keep.

What Mailin is
Mailin is a cold email infrastructure platform that sells three kinds of inbox from one dashboard: SMTP accounts on its own dedicated servers and IPs, official Google Workspace accounts with admin control, and bulk Microsoft accounts delivered 100 to a domain. Setup is automated from a 5-minute onboarding form, domains can be bought or transferred free, and every domain sits in its own isolated tenant. The site says more than 1,000 clients use it and claims the best price-to-deliverability ratio in the market, backed by Slack support around the clock from a team of 8 to 10 specialists; the company behind the product is not named, so treat those as its own figures.
Mailin pricing
Pricing is sold in bundles, by provider, with Solopreneur, Business and Enterprise tiers. SMTP accounts cost $299 a month for 200, $749 for 500 and $1,499 for 1,000, which is $1.50 an inbox at every tier, with extra accounts at $1 each on Enterprise. Yearly billing takes 20 percent off, to $239, $599 and $1,199 a month. Google Workspace accounts cost $99 a month for 25, $299 for 100 and $1,399 for 500, which is $3.96, $2.99 and $2.80 an inbox, with full admin control and next-day delivery. Microsoft accounts cost $299 for 800, $749 for 2,500 and $1,999 for 12,000, which is 37, 30 and 17 cents an inbox; they arrive in 2 to 3 days, 100 to a domain, and each is capped at 10 emails a day, 5 cold and 5 warm. When we switched the page to yearly billing only the SMTP prices changed, so confirm the Google and Microsoft discount before you buy. A done-for-you service, with campaigns run and optimised by Mailin, is quoted on a call.
The terms are the hardest part. All payments are final and non-refundable once provisioning begins, because servers, IPs and monitoring are allocated immediately. The one exception is a 21-day deliverability guarantee, under which a refund may be considered if every listed condition is met and verified. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the account page.
Setup and integrations
Pick a plan, fill in the form, and Mailin’s platform configures DNS, DKIM, SPF and DMARC and creates the accounts: SMTP and Google in a day, Microsoft in 2 to 3. Domains you already own transfer in at no cost. The platform includes an email verifier that handles catch-all addresses, which most verifiers skip, so lists can be cleaned before they reach the inboxes, and an API covers mailboxes, campaigns and verification. Accounts work with any sending tool. Warmup is not included; the FAQ recommends 2 to 3 weeks in your sequencer before scaling.
Deliverability and infrastructure
The strongest argument is choice: a team can run Google accounts for the reputation Google lends, SMTP on dedicated IPs for volume, and bulk Microsoft accounts for spreading a large daily total thinly, all from one place. Each domain is isolated in its own tenant so one burned domain does not touch the others, and the Microsoft plans build warmup into their daily cap. The marketing promises that emails are never flagged, which no provider can guarantee; the 21-day deliverability guarantee is the real commitment, and it has conditions.
Who Mailin is for, and who should look elsewhere
Mailin suits agencies that want SMTP, Google and Microsoft inboxes under one roof with automated setup, Slack support and a guarantee, and that buy in bundles of hundreds. It is a poor fit for a team that needs 10 to 30 Google or Microsoft inboxes at a low price, or that wants a refund route beyond the guarantee. Winnr sells SMTP accounts from $69 for 50 with a monthly refund promise, Inframail sells unlimited SMTP inboxes for a flat fee, and Hypertide sells Google inboxes with no minimum and Microsoft Entra domains at about $1 an inbox. The inbox provider comparison scores all of them.
Where PureMail is cheaper, and where Mailin wins
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes from PureMail, set up and connected by a team cost $3.30 each for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, billed monthly with no bundle to buy. Against Mailin’s Google plans, PureMail is cheaper below 100 inboxes: its entry plan is $99 for 25 accounts at $3.96 each, more than PureMail at any size. At exactly 100 Mailin’s $299 bundle works out to $2.99, 11 cents under PureMail’s $3.10, and at 500 its $2.80 is 10 cents under PureMail’s $2.90. Full details are on the pricing page.
Mailin wins on breadth and on volume economics: SMTP at $1.50 an inbox on dedicated IPs, bulk Microsoft accounts from 17 cents for teams that want thousands of low-volume senders, a built-in verifier, an API and Slack support, plus a 21-day guarantee in place of refunds. For an agency that wants every kind of inbox from one vendor and buys by the hundred, it is a credible choice. The table below puts the two side by side.

Mailin FAQ
How much does Mailin cost?
As of 6 October 2026, SMTP bundles cost $299 a month for 200 accounts, $749 for 500 and $1,499 for 1,000, which is $1.50 an inbox, or 20 percent less on yearly billing. Google Workspace bundles cost $99 for 25 accounts, $299 for 100 and $1,399 for 500, which is $3.96, $2.99 and $2.80 an inbox. Microsoft bundles cost $299 for 800 accounts, $749 for 2,500 and $1,999 for 12,000, which is 37, 30 and 17 cents an inbox. A done-for-you service is quoted.
What are Mailin's Microsoft accounts?
Bulk Microsoft mailboxes sold 100 to a domain, delivered in 2 to 3 days, and capped at 10 emails a day each, 5 cold and 5 warm. At 17 to 37 cents an inbox they are built for spreading a large daily volume across thousands of senders, which is the same model as Hypertide's Entra domains, rather than for giving each rep a standard Microsoft 365 licence.
Can I get a refund from Mailin?
Not in the ordinary way. The terms say all payments are final and non-refundable once service activation begins, because servers, IPs and monitoring are provisioned immediately. The sole exception is a 21-day deliverability guarantee, under which a refund may be considered if a list of conditions is met and verified. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Does Mailin include warmup?
No. The FAQ strongly recommends a warmup period of 2 to 3 weeks before scaling and says the accounts are configured so that warmup in your sending tool works well. Microsoft accounts reserve 5 of their 10 daily emails for warm traffic.
Is Mailin cheaper than PureMail?
For Google and Microsoft accounts it depends on size. PureMail charges $3.30 per Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inbox for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, billed monthly with setup done for you and no bundle. Mailin's entry Google plan is $3.96 an inbox for 25, so PureMail is cheaper below 100; at exactly 100 and 500 Mailin's $2.99 and $2.80 undercut PureMail by about 10 cents. Mailin's SMTP and bulk Microsoft accounts are far cheaper per inbox but are different products.
