What Litemail does well

  • Cheap bundles of official Google accounts with admin console access: $3.70 an inbox at 10, $3.23 at 30, $2.97 at 100 and $2.83 at 300.
  • A pre-warmed option with domains included, so a new team can send on day one instead of waiting 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Fast delivery, 12 hours standard and 6 priority, with a 10-minute onboarding, automatic DNS, custom tracking domains and a workspace per client.
  • API access from the Pro plan, domains at a flat $15 a year, and a self-serve dashboard to add, manage and cancel inboxes.
  • Sending caps are printed on every plan, which is an honest way to set expectations.

Where it falls short

  • No refunds at all, with only two exceptions: duplicate billing and provisioning that misses 7 business days.
  • Fresh inboxes are capped at 25 emails a day each, and the promise of zero spam risk is one no provider can keep.
  • The Microsoft 365 tab showed the same prices as Google when we checked, and the testimonials quote older prices that no longer match the page.
  • Pre-warmed plans cost more in the first month and extra pre-warmed inboxes run $4.99 to $8 each.
  • The 1,000 agencies and 100,000 mailboxes figures are the company's own, and the only vendor video is a customer testimonial.

What Litemail is

Litemail is a self-serve marketplace for cold email inboxes: Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 accounts set up on your domains with DNS done for you, exported to whichever outreach tool you use, plus a newer line of pre-warmed inboxes that come with domains already warmed for 4 or more weeks. It is operated by IYRIX LLC, trading as LiteMail.ai, from San Francisco, and says more than 1,000 agencies and SaaS teams use it across more than 100,000 mailboxes; those are its own figures. The pitch is price, speed and control: accounts arrive in 12 hours, 6 on priority, and you get the admin console.

Litemail pricing

Fresh inboxes come in four monthly bundles, shown on the Google Workspace tab: Starter at $37 for 10, Growth at $97 for 30, Pro at $297 for 100 with API access, and Scale at $849 for 300. Extra inboxes cost $3.50, $3.25, $3.00 and $2.85 respectively, and domains cost $15 a year. That works out to $3.70 an inbox at 10, $3.23 at 30, $2.97 at 100 and $2.83 at 300. Every plan prints a sending cap of 25 emails a day per inbox. When we switched to the Microsoft 365 tab the page showed the same figures, so assume parity and confirm in the dashboard.

Pre-warmed inboxes are sold separately with domains included: $39 a month for 5 inboxes with 1 domain, $99 for 15 with 3, $179 for 30 with 6 and $299 for 60 with 12, with a higher first month of $54, $149, $269 and $479 that pays for the domains. Extra pre-warmed inboxes cost $8, $7, $6 and $4.99 on the four plans. The refund policy is blunt: all purchases are final, including subscriptions, mailboxes, domains and pre-warming, with the only exceptions being duplicate billing and provisioning that misses 7 business days. Fees are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled from the dashboard.

Setup and integrations

Onboarding takes about 10 minutes: create a workspace, connect or buy domains, choose names and images for the accounts, and Litemail configures SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Standard delivery is 12 hours, priority 6, and pre-warmed inboxes are ready on arrival. You get the admin console for each account, custom tracking domains, DNS editing in the dashboard, separate workspaces per client and an API from the Pro plan. Mailboxes export to Instantly, Smartlead and any other outreach tool. Warmup is not included on fresh inboxes, which is the point of the pre-warmed line.

Deliverability

These are Google and Microsoft accounts on US and EU IPs, so they start with the reputation those providers lend their own tenants. The 25-a-day caps are conservative and sensible. The pre-warmed domains are the real deliverability feature: 4 or more weeks of warming history before your first campaign. The site’s promise of zero spam risk is marketing; no provider can make it.

Who Litemail is for, and who should look elsewhere

Litemail suits agencies and teams buying 30 to 300 Google inboxes self-serve, and anyone who wants pre-warmed inboxes with domains included to send on day one. It is a poor fit for teams that want a refund route, more than 25 emails a day per inbox, or setup done by a person. StackMail sells near-identical bundles with refund windows on every cycle, InboxKit sells the same account types at one flat rate with no bundles, and Zapmail sells Google and Microsoft inboxes with a cheaper entry point. The inbox provider comparison scores all of them.

Where PureMail is cheaper, and where Litemail wins

PureMail’s Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes, configured and connected for you cost $3.30 each for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, billed monthly. Against Litemail’s bundles, PureMail is cheaper at 10, $33 against $37, and at 30, $93 against $97. At 100 Litemail’s $297 is $13 under PureMail’s $310, and at 300 its $849 is $21 under PureMail’s $870. Full details are on the pricing page.

Litemail wins at 100 and 300 inboxes on price, and it wins outright on the pre-warmed option, which PureMail does not sell: domains with weeks of history bundled with inboxes, ready to send immediately. It also offers an API and a self-serve dashboard. If you can live without refunds and within 25 emails a day per inbox, it is a credible self-serve choice. The table below puts the two side by side.

Litemail FAQ

How much does Litemail cost?

As of 6 October 2026, fresh Google Workspace inboxes cost $37 a month for 10, $97 for 30, $297 for 100 and $849 for 300, with extra inboxes at $3.50, $3.25, $3.00 and $2.85 and domains at $15 a year. Pre-warmed inboxes with domains included cost $39 a month for 5, $99 for 15, $179 for 30 and $299 for 60, with a higher first month of $54 to $479 that covers the domains. Everything is billed monthly.

What are Litemail's pre-warmed inboxes?

Google or Microsoft inboxes on domains Litemail has already warmed for at least 4 weeks, so campaigns can start on day one. The plans bundle 1 to 12 domains with 5 to 60 inboxes, extra pre-warmed inboxes cost $8 down to $4.99 each, and the site's calculator argues that 15 pre-warmed inboxes at $99 beat the cost of fresh inboxes plus a warmup tool over 6 weeks.

How many emails can I send with Litemail?

Each plan prints a cap: 250 emails a day on the 10-inbox Starter plan, 750 on Growth, 2,500 on Pro and 7,500 on Scale, which is 25 a day per inbox. Pre-warmed plans are capped the same way, at 125 a day for 5 inboxes up to 1,500 for 60.

Can I get a refund from Litemail?

No. The refund policy says all purchases are final and non-refundable across subscriptions, mailboxes, domains and pre-warming, because the provisioning costs cannot be recovered. The only exceptions are duplicate billing caused by a system error and provisioning not completed within 7 business days of payment. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled from the dashboard.

Is Litemail cheaper than PureMail?

It depends on size. PureMail charges $3.30 per Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inbox for 10, $3.10 for 30 to 100 and $2.90 for 101 or more, billed monthly with setup done for you. Litemail's bundles work out to $3.70 at 10 and $3.23 at 30, so PureMail is cheaper there; at 100 Litemail's $2.97 is 13 cents cheaper, and at 300 its $2.83 is 7 cents cheaper, with no refunds and a 25-a-day cap.
