What EasyDMARC does well
- Turns raw DMARC aggregate reports into a readable list of who sends as your domain and whether SPF and DKIM pass, which is the fastest way to catch a broken record on an outreach domain.
- Clear published prices with a free trial that needs no card, unlimited users on every plan and 20% off yearly.
- Premium adds EasySPF to keep SPF under the 10-lookup limit, proactive alerts when authentication fails, AI agents and email support.
- Free tools cover the daily checks: DMARC, SPF, DKIM and BIMI lookups, a domain scanner and a lookalike domain checker.
- A named Delaware company with offices in the US, Netherlands and Armenia, and a public API and SSO on the Enterprise tier.
Where it falls short
- Domains are the limit that bites cold email: 2 on Plus and 4 on Premium, when an outreach fleet runs ten or fifty domains, and more domains means a custom quote.
- A paid term cannot be ended early and the remaining period is not refunded; monthly plans need a non-renewal notice 3 business days before they roll over.
- Email support is yearly-billing only on Plus and Premium, and the customer success manager on Premium is yearly only too.
- The free tier's limits are not published on the pricing page; the terms describe it only as the lowest subscription plan.
- Inbox placement tests, reputation monitoring and DNS management live on the custom-priced Deliverability tier, not on the self-serve plans.

What EasyDMARC is
EasyDMARC is a DMARC monitoring platform. You publish a DMARC record on a domain with its reporting address, and the aggregate reports that Gmail, Microsoft and other receivers send back are collected, parsed and shown as a list of sending sources with their SPF, DKIM and DMARC results. Around that core it sells record generators, an SPF flattener called EasySPF, alerts, BIMI and MTA-STS management, and on its higher tiers deliverability and threat intelligence modules. The company is EasyDMARC, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices in the US, the Netherlands and Armenia.
EasyDMARC pricing explained
Plans are priced by email volume and domain count, with yearly billing 20% cheaper. DMARC Plus costs $44.99 a month, or $35.99 billed yearly, for 1,200,000 emails a year, 2 domains and 3 months of data history, with the DMARC module and integrations. DMARC Premium costs $89.99, or $71.99 yearly, for 4 domains and a year of history, and adds AI agents, proactive alerts, EasySPF, email support and, on yearly billing, a customer success manager. Choosing 6,000,000 emails a year raises Plus to $74.99 or $59.99 and Premium to $139.99 or $111.99, and 12,000,000 is quoted.
Above those sit two custom-priced tiers. Deliverability brings up to unlimited domains, custom volume, up to 3 years of history, DNS management, sender insights, 300 inbox placement tests and 200 email previews a month and reputation monitoring. Enterprise Email Trust adds threat intelligence, SSO, API access, audit logs and a dedicated engineer. Users are unlimited everywhere. A free trial needs no card and converts to the free tier the terms call Free Services, whose limits the pricing page does not state.
The terms are strict about the term itself. Fees are paid in advance, monthly plans renew unless a notice of non-renewal arrives at least 3 business days before the end of the term, yearly plans expire and are bought again, and a paid term cannot be ended early or refunded for the unused period.
Setup and the free tools
Add a domain, publish the DMARC record EasyDMARC generates with its reporting address, and reports start arriving within a day or two. The dashboard groups sources, flags SPF and DKIM failures and guides the move from p=none to quarantine and reject. EasySPF on Premium keeps SPF under the 10-lookup limit by serving a flattened record, which matters once a domain sends through Google plus a sequencer plus a CRM. Without an account, the free tools check DMARC, SPF, DKIM and BIMI records, scan a domain and look for lookalike domains.
What that means for cold email
Cold email runs on many domains, and EasyDMARC prices per domain for companies with few. Two domains on Plus and four on Premium cover a primary domain and a couple of secondaries; a fleet of thirty needs a custom quote. The practical pattern is to put the primary domain, the one whose reputation you cannot replace, on a paid plan with alerts, and to use the free checkers on the outreach domains, where a DMARC record with a reporting address and passing SPF and DKIM are what the receivers require.
Who EasyDMARC is for, and who should look elsewhere
EasyDMARC suits companies that want DMARC reports on their main sending domains explained, with alerts when a record breaks, and teams working towards a p=reject policy. It is a poor fit for cold email operators with dozens of secondary domains, who would pay per-domain prices meant for a handful of corporate domains. GlockApps covers placement testing and DMARC analytics from the other direction, and the deliverability tools category lists the rest.
Using EasyDMARC with PureMail
PureMail configures SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX on every domain it sets up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on, so the records exist from day one. Point the DMARC reporting address on your primary domain at EasyDMARC to watch what sends as it, run the free DMARC and SPF checkers on each outreach domain after setup, and raise the policy from monitoring to reject once the reports show only your own mail passing.

EasyDMARC FAQ
How much does EasyDMARC cost?
As of 9 October 2026, DMARC Plus is $44.99 a month or $35.99 a month billed yearly for 2 domains, 1,200,000 emails a year and 3 months of history. DMARC Premium is $89.99 or $71.99 for 4 domains and a year of history. At 6,000,000 emails a year the plans cost $74.99 or $59.99 and $139.99 or $111.99. Deliverability and Enterprise are quoted, and a free trial needs no card.
Does EasyDMARC have a free plan?
There is a free trial without a card, and the terms say that when it ends the account continues on Free Services, the lowest tier, unless you buy a plan. The pricing page does not list the free tier's limits. Separately, the free tools on the site check DMARC, SPF, DKIM and BIMI records and scan a domain without an account.
How many domains can I monitor on EasyDMARC?
DMARC Plus covers 2 domains and DMARC Premium 4, each with unlimited users. The Deliverability and Enterprise tiers go up to unlimited domains at custom prices. A cold email operation with many secondary domains therefore pays per-domain prices built for corporate domains, which is why we suggest paying for the primary domain and checking the rest with the free tools.
Can I cancel EasyDMARC?
Monthly plans renew automatically until you send a notice of non-renewal at least 3 business days before the term ends, from the portal or by email. Yearly plans expire at the end of the term and are renewed by buying a new subscription. The terms say a paid term cannot be terminated early and that no refund is due for the remaining period.
Do I need EasyDMARC for cold email domains?
You need DMARC on every sending domain, because Google and Yahoo require it for bulk senders and a missing record hurts placement. You do not need a paid reporting tool on every domain: publish a DMARC record with a reporting address, keep SPF and DKIM passing, and use a tool like EasyDMARC on the primary domain where reports matter most.
