- Pricing model
- Cognism publishes no prices. Its pricing page explains the structure and ends in Talk to sales. Sales Prospecting comes in two packages, each with 5 seats included: Standard, for core prospecting workflows, with firmographic, technographic and signal-based filters, AI account research, MCP and API access, CSV export and enrichment; and Pro, the most popular, adding higher-quality mobile data, on-demand mobile verification, intent data and enhanced dashboards. CRM Enrichment, which keeps CRM records enriched automatically, is sold as an add-on or as a standalone product, and Data-as-a-Service is priced on subscription structure, usage and delivery. Credits pay for revealing, enriching or exporting a contact: one credit reveals one contact, there is no charge for viewing a contact already revealed, the same credits work across the prospecting platform, Enrich and the API, each seat carries a credit allocation and more can be bought. A revealed contact stays usable for the whole contract and costs a credit again only if the person changes jobs. Intent data comes from Bombora's Company Surge, with administrators choosing up to 12 topics from more than 11,000. The page shows G2 at 4.5 and Capterra at 4.7 and claims 4,000-plus companies.

What Cognism does well
- The credit rule is generous: one credit reveals a contact, viewing it again is free and it stays usable for the whole contract.
- Phone-verified mobile numbers and on-demand verification on Pro, which matters for calling-led outbound.
- Intent data from Bombora with up to 12 topics, plus hiring, funding, M&A and job-change signals.
- MCP and API access on both packages, and CRM Enrichment available as a standalone product.
- A compliance-first positioning with GDPR answers on the site, and published G2 and Capterra scores of 4.5 and 4.7.
Where it falls short
- No prices at all, and no seat count below five; everything is quoted after a demo.
- The only published terms cover website use, so renewal, cancellation and refund rules are not public.
- Premium mobile data, mobile verification and intent data sit on Pro only.
- Credits per seat are not quantified on the page.
- No free trial is published.

What Cognism is
Cognism is a B2B contact and company data vendor from Cognism Ltd in London: emails, phone-verified mobile numbers, job titles and work history, firmographics and technographics, hiring, funding, M&A and job-change signals, and Bombora intent data, delivered through a prospecting platform, a CRM Enrichment product, an API and MCP. It leads with compliance and with mobile data for calling-led teams. For cold email it is a list source with a credit rule that favours long contracts.
Cognism pricing: by quote only
The pricing page explains how pricing works and publishes no figures. Sales Prospecting comes as Standard, for core prospecting workflows, and Pro, the most popular, each with 5 seats included and a credit allocation per seat; Pro adds premium mobile data, on-demand mobile verification, intent data and enhanced dashboards. CRM Enrichment is an add-on or a standalone product, and Data-as-a-Service is priced on subscription structure, usage and delivery. Credits reveal, enrich or export a contact, one credit per contact, with revealed contacts free to view again and usable for the whole contract, charged again only on a job change. Every path ends in Talk to sales. The only published terms cover website use under English law, so the subscription contract, its renewal and any refund rules are not public.
Data, signals and verification
The compare table lists company revenue, headcount and HQ, emails, mobiles, titles and work history, technology usage, a premium mobile filter and on-demand mobile verification on Pro, hiring, funding and M&A and job-change signals on both, intent data on Pro, AI company research, an AI persona builder, AI search, CSV enrichment, SSO, live chat support and an account manager. Intent comes from Bombora’s Company Surge with up to 12 topics chosen from more than 11,000.
What that means for cold email
Cognism is built for teams that call as well as email, which is why verified mobiles and intent sit on the premium package. For email-only outbound the value is the filters and the credit rule; the cost is a five-seat package on a quote. Verify the exported emails before they reach a new inbox regardless of the source.
Who Cognism is for, and who should look elsewhere
Cognism suits sales teams of five or more, especially calling-led ones, that want verified mobiles, intent signals and CRM enrichment under one contract. It is a poor fit for solo senders and small teams who need a published price or a seat or two. Apollo publishes self-serve prices with a sequencer attached, Coresignal sells raw data by API from $49 a month, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is the search layer at $119.99 a month, and ContactOut covers personal emails and phones on flat plans. The lead data category compares them. Kaspr is the self-serve LinkedIn finder with published per-user prices from €59 and a free plan. Lusha is the self-serve database with published prices from $49.90 a month and a free plan of 40 credits.

Cognism FAQ
How much does Cognism cost?
Cognism does not publish prices. As of 22 October 2026 its pricing page describes two Sales Prospecting packages, Standard and Pro, each with 5 seats included and a credit allocation per seat, plus CRM Enrichment as an add-on or standalone product and Data-as-a-Service priced on usage, and every package ends in a Talk to sales button. Expect a quote after a demo.
How do Cognism credits work?
One credit is used each time a contact record is revealed, enriched or exported. Viewing a contact you have already revealed costs nothing, the same credits work across the prospecting platform, CRM Enrichment and the API, and a revealed contact stays usable for the whole contract, costing a credit again only if that person changes jobs. Each seat includes an allocation and more credits can be bought.
What is the difference between Cognism Standard and Pro?
Standard covers core prospecting: company and contact data with firmographic, technographic and signal filters, AI account research, MCP and API access and CSV enrichment. Pro adds higher-quality mobile data, on-demand mobile verification through Cognism's verification engine, intent data from Bombora with up to 12 topics, and enhanced dashboards. Both include five seats, and CRM Enrichment is an add-on to either.
Is Cognism GDPR compliant?
Cognism positions itself as compliance-first and answers a GDPR and UK GDPR question on its home page; it is a London company, Cognism Ltd, and its website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The contract terms that govern a subscription, including renewal and refunds, are not published, so ask for them with the quote.
How does Cognism fit with PureMail?
Cognism supplies the list; it does not send. Build accounts and contacts with its filters and intent topics, export or sync them, verify the emails, then run the sequences from a sequencer connected to PureMail's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes on separate outreach domains. Cognism's verified mobiles are the extra for a calling step alongside the email.
